Reposition the rib cage and pelvis is a vital step to learning to engage the core and achieve a breath that helps us to build strength while releasing tension in the commonly over worked and aching muscles.

Dear Tim (and yoga with Tim team), I recently have found your videos after a back injury and subsequent issues. I've been practicing your back care series consistently, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your attentive care to core strength and proper alignment! It has taught me to slow down and focus on the basics. With your simple, yet effective, cues and asanas, I can feel my core and back strengthening, which is helping my regular practice flow with more ease. I've been practicing yoga and warrior 3 for years and always struggled with balance in warrior 3 especially. This class helped me feel strong in the pose for the first time! I love how this challenge helps build into each pose, really helps fully strengthen and get the benefit out of every pose. Over the years I had been throwing myself into flows without realizing I hadn't fully mastered the foundation yet. Thanks for the content!

Never commented on a yoga video after practicing for over a year now but I have to say this is the best yoga channel and instructor I have found. Personable, informative and helpful in every way. this was the best instructions through warrior 3, a pose I have always struggled with, in an all my RU-vid yoga. There's no showing off or leaving you behind like so many other yoga RU-vidrs do and it makes me appreciate the thoroughness here on this channel. This challenge has already shown improvements in my flexibility by going over the basics in a way that isn't demeaning or boring. Thank you Tim! You're the man

First time I've done Warrior 3 with a chair--really gave me the opportunity to focus on the muscle to let it do the work instead of just balancing. Great!

Brilliant session, loved the warrior 3 too. Its great with the blocks but I really liked the short flow after, I found that easier to get into the asana. Thank you. I'm still with you 👍

Warrior 3 and all the balance, particularly on the right side is.a challenge. I enjoyed getting into the flow on the warrior poses.

Fantastic! I really appreciate the slower flow so I can feel each pose. I just wish my dogs were as well behaved as Ollie! They love to do yoga with me, on me and under me!

Hi Tim, it’s great to be doing the challenge! Many thanks! I have done Iyengar yoga for about 10 years but since March 2020, due to COVID-19, I haven’t been able to go to class, being in the high risk age group. Now vaxxed and boostered I’m keen to get back. The challenge is showing up the rust but also those years of practice! Looking forward to completing the challenge and renewing my yoga journey. Many thanks!🙏🏻

Love you 30 days Yoga Journey, the rest and dynamic movement day by day is arranged so well, very nourishing and energetic yet calm! And your teaching of poses is so detailing which the wrong posuture harm can be avoided. I am in my injury because of workout and wrong poses of yoga, your teaching is really really precious to me! Hi Tim! I am still in! Sorry for not posting! It’s day 23, and as you can see, I am a little bit behind 😅 I wasn’t feeling so well, so I skipped a day, and the following day I wanted to try a longer class, so I tried out one of your other videos (ashtanga yoga workout guided half primary series) and it was really great! The next day I continued on the 30 day challenge. I can really feel that I am much stronger and more coordinated at my core and in general with my body control! The class today was much more intense on my core than the first time around! I am still amazed how I can really feel the change in my body from day to day when doing your classes! After day 6 & 7, when we do Yin yoga and breath work, on day 8 I come “back” even stronger than I was before. Thank you so much for putting this series together, I can really feel how much thought and work you put into it to make it so balanced out and enable us to develop every step of the way 😊 Namaste 🙏🏻
