Ingredients
1/2 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup of teff flour
1/2 cup of barley flour
1/2 cup of corn flour
1 cup of self raising flour
about 250mls of starter
2 Liters of warm water (85f or 30c)
Part one: in the evening around 6pm blend it all together and keep in warm spot overnight
Part two: pour of the top liquid (don't throw it out you will need it to adjust the consistency) I pour of about 700mls added back 300mls
if you are using frying pan keep your batter on thicker sided maybe added back only about 100ml
this recipe made 5 large injeras
I saved 1 1/2 cup of starter for next use
