Great video as always, Max! I only came across this video by accident when I clicked on your channel, didn’t show up as a ‘New Video’ though and seems somewhat hidden just FYI.

Max, a couple of comments. First of all, this form of interviewing is simply amazing. It gives a relaxed personal atmosphere which is very positive for the end result. I suggest you fly to the US soon, rent a car and drive around for at least an hour with Brian Brooks. Why Hedera and why right now would be some of the questions for him. Then over the temporary closure to the mainnet of Hedera. If you look at Hedera like a car engine, running the engine opens up further uses for the car. Such as the operation of the windshield wipers, heating up the heater or the lighting from the headlights. Hedera recently acted quickly when a party wanted to sabotage the windshield wipers (Smart Contract Service) by cutting off access to the engine completely. However, this not only disabled the windshield wipers (Smart Contract Service), but also the operation of the heater and the lighting from the headlights. I'm not a technician, but then I wonder if it wouldn't be possible in case of such a sabotage to only close the route to the specific application that is actually being attacked at that moment? Or in this case the route to the wipers (Smart Contract Service). Then in this case Avery Dennison could have continued to run her application. It's just a thought.........

Max, knowing you as a man of analogy, I am somewhat disappointed not to have received a response to my earlier message.🙄 It would be great, when in the future, in the event of a calamity or attack on the network, the area where the attack takes place can be isolated from the rest of the network, so that other applications on the network remain functional. But again, the interview itself was fantastic!

It's funny that now we know why Jordan chose etherium over hedera (after watching part 2 of the Jordan interview).

Proper thing to do would be - bet a few Solana. He's right, and he pays a few bucks. He's wrong, he drops a few thousand (or wtvr.) However, betting Solana sounds super dodgy and I think history would look back at that as extraordinarily cringey. HBar squad is voice of reason. Great stuff.
