I remember one zombie mobile game which Square Enix created. It was a Card-based game. I know it has a wiki, but the issue is a preview which had a character design I will never forget. Anyways, this genre was swarming the world in 2015-16. This game really did have a generous run which servers still continued. Some games had interesting plots that really did show betterment of writing and gameplay at times.

The fact that Z.A.M.F and the last of us released in the same year and featured the zombie ant virus is surprising

I think that what makes zombie games so appealing (at least to me) is the concept of having all of humanity against a single foe, and how there's no hiding behind military forces because not even them are able to control the situation in most of those games' universes. It's a scary situation that gives us a thrill real life doesn't. the teamwork is the biggest appeal factor in most apocalyptic scenarios to me.

there is no reason for the deletion of the game. Glu just deletes their projects if they don't make enough money or stop funding them and keeping them up to date. Examples are SvZ and its sequel, and Zombies Ate My Friends.

It reminded me of a zombie survival game around the same period called DeadTown Survival, it's a top-down survival game with some automation aspect, the game has tons of potential and gameplay depth, too bad the developers just kinda disappeared and its google service shut down, at least its still playable today but unsupported for some android version.

Trigger warning, me ranting about a nonexistent game idea. You know fnaf right? What if we turn it into a survival horror game?? Here's my pitch. A first person game where You are in a MASSIVE complex that looks like a mall and in the middle of it is a small room that is "safe" In that Saferoom there's a empty cabinet and a chair/bed/toilet seat in the middle with a tablet on it (I'll explain that later) At day, you can wander around the complex and grab some groceries/loot from the shelves, time progresses and it progresses FAST, you can go in your saferoom and rest for the day, BUT! Spooky creatures start showing up and the supplies dwindle after every day, food, drinks, medical equipment, and overall survivor equipment. There will be these Scrapper machines that you can find in the complex, you can throw in your supplies and you will get TOKENS in your tablet in the saferoom! You can use the TOKENS to purchase items safely at night without needing to go outside, or to upgrade your saferoom for stuff like, Security cameras, better ventilation (now I'll talk about that) Here's the catch! You have to pay the saferoom bills every day with those TOKENS. If you don't have enough TOKENS to pay the saferoom bill, youll be kicked outside until you have enough TOKENS to pay the bill. And you do not want to stay outside. I call this game *The Mahall* *You like the idea? (Sorry if you actually read all that)*

I remember playing this turn based game like the mobile game "Worms" on my iPad as a child but instead of worms shooting stuff at each other it was based around robots. I remember vividly that the opening cinematic was robots being created in a black and white cutscene, and the gameplay was fairly similar to Worms but with swords and close range combat. Ever since I played that game I've been trying to find it but even after 8 or so years I still haven't. If any of you know what I'm talking about please let me know as I would love to play it again after such a long time!

I absolutely loved this game. It had a LOT of flaws but there were always some slight ways to deal with them. Buying pills and saving medkits. Remembering timed parts of the game to save your energy before entering. I got to chapter 6 with a sniper rifle and a crit/energy build

Funny enough, this game was actually referenced in one of their other games. Stardom Hollywood, basically it’s kinda like their game Kim Kardashian Hollywood but, made before it and with a bigger focus on movies. There’s a quest in the game where your character is made to star in a video game adaptation of it. I originally thought it was a reference to how they made movies based on resident Evil and Zombies Ate my Neighbors on SNES. Good to know about this game!

I'm looking for an old zombie game (at least 10 years old) on mobile, all I remember is that it had an isometric view and you had your own base which, if I remember correctly, was in the open on the roof of a building. in this base there were different things you could interact with to collect stuff such as money, and you could upgrade those things so that they would yield more stuff. you had to go in these sort of "missions" fighting zombies (so it wasn't open world, you had to actually load in other maps to fight zombies). I'm also pretty sure the game has been removed from stores because I tried to find it multiple times and I never managed to find it. does it ring a bell for anyone? I've been looking for this game for years 😭

A decent chance that this is the game that scared me so much as a young kid that I was afraid of the concept of zombies for several years (with me only in recent years getting over my dislike of zombies) My memory isn’t very good so it may not be this game, but those big bulky enemies are pretty familiar along with how the game looks. Shoot, I thought this was the settlement manager zombie mobile game that I forgot the name to. All I remember to it, is that there is a gate that you can choose which people that you can let in, and if you don't let them in they walk away sad and could be killed by a zombie if you don't shoot the scripted zombie walking towards them
