We don't have to answer to anyone regarding your car choice.. I wouldn't buy a mustang, or dodge, but that's just my opinion.. these cars are phenomenal to drive for the price.
Rather have a 2023 Mustang GT and build it to handle and accelerate and brake in the 1200 hp zone. Never saw the point of these 2-seater "look at me" vehicles.
@@801lyfe6 They do sell to a class of folks who aspire to "accessible super car class". Not something one finds in GM's history, so for that, kudos to them. I'd do some different things to the styling as by my eye, it's got some imbalanced and classing lines and features.
In the 70's through 200x's? It was a plastic rattlebox. It was all motor and crap suspension and brakes. Z06 and Eray got excellent reviews. The base is attractive as it can be optioned well.

I ordered a 2LT on January and it’s replacing my wide body redeye. I have done a few roll races with a C8 and my redeye beat it, but not by much. I was so impressed by the performance. When I went to the dealer and sat in the C8 I was blown away. I placed my order a month later. It felt way more premium.

@@amador8234 I currently own both now temporarily until I sell my redeye (so I'm basically not biased). I had 4 people in my redeye and the c8 had no passengers. I rolled raced him at 80mph, and he was staying behind slowly. BTW I just got my 2022 C8 z51 in amplify orange and the redeye is on sale.
@@801lyfe6 Needs forced induction to keep with today's super cars. I am saving up for one and it will be my HAPPY CHILD SUPPORT ENDING PRESENT. I plan to install a positive displacement supercharger on it.
I think corvettes are very fast. I just hate the c8 carvette because it less horse power first off. It looks like any other super car. It doesn't look unique seriously at all. the c8 corvette does not preform like a lambo. Nothing on it looks like a corvette at all. I loved the 2016 corvette way better. That's my opinon. If someone likes it though that's them and if you or anyone wants it then so be it. That's my opinion though
Hey that’s fair, I will say personally I think it’s unique. I like the aggressive front end with the hood it has. I also like the back end because it’s very similar to what Chevy has done in the past with the C7 and camaros! That’s just me though. Thank you for taking the time to comment! You can look it up, but you get a Z51 Spoiler, Front Splitter, bigger brakes, better handling and suspension, it also has an advanced engine and braking cooling system to keep them from over heating!

I love the c8 In my opinion LT2 push rod is a muscle car engine Price is that of a sports car Body is that of a super car At the end of the day, the price per performance is amazing, buy what you like and ignore the haters 😂
At that price point and the performance it's a great car. GM has some of the best handling and magnetic ride in the game and 2.9 is awesome. Buying one just shows how smart you are. Let the haters hate. Their the dumb ass for spending 200,00 plus for less performance. Give em hell and take ur 100 grand you saved and buy several toys to play with.

At first, I ignored the video because of how it was titled…thought you were a hater. But after listening to the video., I agree 100%. My wife blessed me, on my last birthday, with a 2022 C8 (of course, I had to customize it, order it and wait for it). But, I got a white, 3LT, Z51, hardtop convertible…and I love it. This is my first vette, but I still don’t understand how anyone would talk trash on a new vette. You really can’t compare a vette to a Lambo…it’s like comparing grapes to bananas…it’s all in what you like. I love my vette, but I don’t hate Lambos or Lambo owners. The vette is an amazing car and really…don’t care what anyone thinks. My opinion…unless you drive it, save your negative comments. And. If you drive it…it will be hard to not like. Again, my opinion. I agree with this! I’ve had the best time of my life with this car so far. It’s very nice and has great performance. It’s my 2nd vette and I absolutely love it! I love all types of cars, Lamborghini’s are awesome but definitely out of my price range. For maintenance especially the vette is more appealing to me for my needs. I got to ask, how do you afford a C8 Vette? No disrespect, but you look like you are no older than 25. I make a decent living and I could afford a C8, if I planned on eating Top Ramen at every meal for the next 5 years.
No worries at all, good question actually! I am 21 currently, I have had some great opportunities come upon me and currently I am in a sales job that is working out really well. From the moment I started working my plan was to buy a supercar one day and I set a plan. I was hitting the goals I set and exceeding them, once I had the right opportunity find it’s way to me I jumped on it and I have been very happy with my decision! I also don’t plan on having kids for a while as well so that definitely helps financially for my situation. Thanks for asking and supporting my channel I really appreciate it💯
@@801lyfe6 That is awesome and I am literally happy for you and a bit envious :) I purchased my first new car when I was 21 and it cost a little over 10k at the time and I could barely afford that. That was 30 years ago and that would be equivalent to purchasing a 25k car now. I am seriously contemplating buying a C8 Z06 but I am going to have to convince the wife and kids that Top Ramen is both nutritious and still tastes good after eating it every meal for years on end. lol I typed in my original comment, if I had to guess, I would say you are 22. Glad to see I was not too far off. I did not want to seem insulting if I was really wrong and that is why I took it out.

This would've been a better video if you could've shown the haters your vette. But yeah it's definitely about the people you have around you. I know if I had a new vette it would be nothing but jaw dropping compliments from the people around me.
Oh for sure! My family and friends are very supportive and absolutely love it! It’s more so the public reaction you get from the people you don’t know, social media, or even car meets. That is where this typically comes in. When I first bought this vette, a lot of people on the internet just talked alot of crap on it. Why that is? I have no idea😂 but it is what it is. I’m okay having haters it means I’m doing something right😂
Good video . I hear the same . First of all you have haters and in meantime they have a Camry or Honda (which nothing are wrong with those cars) but don’t talk about mine . In Europe and Middle East our cars are looked at as a super car . Most importantly we love our cars and that’s what counts most . Enjoy your beautiful C8 !

The Z06 is undeniably a performance supercar, and the styling is greatly improved over the Stingray. The pricepoint is just gravy on the biscuit. Putting Chevy down when they have achieved what the Italians never will just makes you look stewpid.
Did you even watch the video….? All I do is talk about what other people have said to me and then I go on to say how great the car is and that it’s much worth buying.
