Be aware that the party will suffer both debuffs. If the DPS is putting big enough numbers and healers can handle it, then keep them together on LFR and Normal. The damage buff they get being together is only applicable now on heroic difficulty.

Mine is a BE Paladin. Just started playing it. Although I have a LFD Paladin healer for alliance faction and I've set it up so I can swap between healing and tanking if need be (kinda been inspired now) :-)@@ThePrefessional
I'm glad! My goal is for clear information with visual representation! Check comments because sometimes things do change! I try to update if there are any changes. Notably - Algamation Chamber, the two elementals can be grouped up in LFR! So don't stress about that part! Everything else remains the same.
I've tanked the Eternal Blaze and Essence of Shadow together in LFR, and it is said, this can be done in Normal mode since the bosses have about the same health pool size. Yes, you will get stacking dots from both elementals, however, within a minute or so, the DPS should be enough reduce the mini-bosses down to start Phase 2 of the encounter.
It's situational. In LFR the elementals do not receive the damage buff if they are within 50 yards of each other. However they still apply the debuffs. If your LFR group has high DPS you could theoretically keep them grouped. However if the DPS is not high enough it will result in a wipe as every party member is receiving the fire and shadow debuff. While the DPS could run out of range to reset the debuffs your tanks cannot. So at some point those debuffs are going to overwhelm your healers. So if you're confident in your LFR group being able to out DPS the debuffs, then yes group them. However, I'm normally not that confident about the LFR groups this early in the raid. So it's safer to separate them and not worry about an unnecessary wipe.
It will alert you when the other tank is at 3, 6, and 9 stacks of infused strikes. It does not audibly tell you to taunt (the "taunt boss") at those stacks, unsure if it does at higher ones.
When you start getting stacks of Infused Strikes, the damage will increase with each stack. The other tank should know when to taunt off, because if they do not have any stacks of Infused Strikes, you will not be able to clear your stacks of Infused Strikes, Both tanks needs to be afflicted with Infused Strikes before the debuff can be cleared. And when it clears, it will cause an explosion which gives raid-wide damaging debuff doing damage every 2 seconds for a total of 20 seconds. The tank should be mindful not to clear until the first debuff falls off after 20s, since this debuff stacks as well.
Every role has their own thing. DPS worries about damage numbers. Healers worry about healing numbers. If you have insight on the fights you are prepared for moments.
Neltharions Shadow was my first crack at trying a cheat sheet! Wanted to see how it was received before making more. I will release one but currently do not have a timeframe as my primary focus right now is a Sarkareth video and cheat sheet. So probably shortly after that.
Let me update. I just uploaded two bosses, kazzara and amalgamation chamber. I did have those, as I used them for testing and drafts before Magmorax and Neltharion. So those two are now uploaded. The Forgotten Experiments will be later as I do not have the pictures for their abilities yet.
