No matter how much I try and vary my body and arm position for the chest press, I always feel it more in my front delts than my chest muscles.

I wish you had this format for all of the different body areas! I love following along with you along with the counter, so much easier than stopping and playing every time. This is my favorite method you have on your channel, it’s like having a personal trainer with you

I was the same with the chest press, feeling more of a shoulder work out... replicated the technique and instantly feel the chest being worked! Great watch, thanks mate.

I find that the commentary is awesome. The explanation of body positioning and the technique is very helpful. I am switching all of my exercizes over from my Marcy home gym to bands. Thank you for these helpful videos!

These videos are fantastic! First time in my life I can develop the habit of doing exercise every day. As a suggestion for future content, it would be awesome to have some stretching exercises after the workout.

Awesome explanation, I really like for each anchor point u gave multiple variations instead of changing anchor points each time so it helped to follow ur video while am doing these exercises, as well the video gave clear note is only to chest so I no need To go all the way scrolling where to for for chest . Splitting each videos based on chest , shoulders , biceps is an excellent part

Everytime I do my resistance band workouts, you're one of the main channels I bring up. Excellent, you focus on how to do it correctly with good form. I had a question, Do I want to keep my shoulders back when doing these? Or roll/extend the shoulders forward to get a longer extension? Or I can just let the shoulders do it's normal rotation and not hold them back

(To the point) Let your shoulders do its normal thing ✅. Your shoulders will move in different positions throughout these exercises. What you should be thinking during a rep is, ”what position should my shoulders be in at this moment to feel the contraction in my chest the best? 🤔” understand?

Dave i think if you put the band on the inside of your hand then it will target better the chest and minimize the shoulder pain that some people mentioned. Due to the shoulder stabilization and structure

well then you have to deal with "rubbing" irritating the skin. Most people's shoulder problems are the same thing people experience when doing the bench press, they are not keeping their traps down during the movement for this puts a lot of stress on the shoulder.

How do you deal with the band's hooks and fasteners chafing your arm as you do a rep? I find the chafing the worst with the chest presses such as these.
