I got the under sun bands for Christmas using these plus the torro bands makes for a great workout and remember you control the bands the bands don’t control you. Thanks for the video Dave I learn something new each week!
What’s cool about these is they are the perfect travel bands! How many of us have walked into that hotel workout room and wondered how such old and junky equipment is still in use? On the push-ups, I will share with folks that good form trumps the number of reps. As a suggestion Dave, when time allows, a short video on the proper way to do a push-up would be great! Keep them coming my friend!

I've been using kettlebells and some dumbbells to an extent among some other non conventional workout equipment. I've dabbled a little with Resistance bands but your videos have me very interested in adding Resistance bands to my workout. They're an excellent option for working out on vacation, while camping, etc. Keep the videos coming.
Not gonna lie i was gassed after the pushup finisher. I like to alternate between tube and Loop bands. Usually i do them with the door attachment aswell but those chest flies where super intense. Oh and don't let me get started with the trap workout afterwards. Great workouts!
Hi I have no time to do this 5 days a week therefore is twice a week fine I only want to do one chest exercise with my other ones such as Biceps Triceps lats shoulders and chest. Just do on techniques 3×15 reps. There is so much choice.
@@DisciplineDave Oh yes...I've seen many of those and very helpful. I was referring to using tube bands with no handle attachments,just holding the tubes at different areas for variation.
In your opinion, would you say hitting chest is more effective with loop style bands vs tube style? I always see chest press done as a push up plus resisitance with loop style bands.
I mean size always makes a difference. But if you’re saying if your certain size these bands won’t work for you that is not the case. They are shorter but they really good linear stretch and better resistance
It’s the muscle that’s on top of your shoulders on each side of your neck. And continues to go across and down the upper portion of your back. I hope that makes sense.
When I do that chest press with the thumbs loope in I get horrible strain on my thumbs. Am I just holding it wrong? Could a full palm hold be just effective?
New subscriber. Hey, I'm 75, and this kinda hurts! Might I suggest wearing some light gloves and a tee shirt? I sure am! 7:09 . . . get on your knees . . . Make me laugh - that's not in the cards. I get on my knees, and that's where you'll find me FOREVER! Oh, getting down is easy. Getting back up is a nightmare.
