@@rawbhd4477 Yes, knees or kicks to the head of s grounded opponent are illegal. This used to be both knees, but most states are 2 feet and 1 hand to make 3 posts. If you are have posts down, you are grounded. And to answer another individuals idea about why more fighters don't use them, is because if a kick even glances off the shoulder coming in an upward direction, there's a high chance it's going to slide into the head. If the grounded guy moves even a little, you could clip his head, lose half your money, and take an L on your record including losing whatever Rank you might have. Knees to the body are safer, because you control the head and hips with both arms. Soccer kicks are super reckless

I feel like the UFC/Dana want to see Suarez active for a bit before they commit to pushing her. She needs to actually fight people in the top 5, even top 10. Her last fight was almost 2 years ago

I love the coaches challenge so much. I fast forward through all these videos just to watch them. TUF coaches challenge is better than anything in the history of television. Better than The Wire, Sopranos, or even the moon landings.
I love watching the ego's go down in the end, Rousey, Connor, Joanna etc... they talked the loudest but only for a little while, always someone better.
Dana White does NOT like heights so watching him fill his pants while he is up there anticipating the fall is pretty funny. Also, when Dana said there are no friends in this game he is wrong. You just have to be friends with people in different weight-classes you don't/won't fight in lol.
