They have so many restrictions on coupons here since extreme couponing became a thing, it no longer works

Teaching the teen boys how to coupon is also Teaching them skills they can use in other parts if their lives.

TLC ruined it for these couponers, shoulda kept them a secret. Now most companies ban a lot of coupons and using them several times on the same item. No more using a manufacturer coupon plus a store coupon. Such a bummer. TLC snitched them out !

I find it difficult to believe that stacks of coupons magically congregate together in dumpsters.

60 hrs for $1000 savings on candy, sodas, toothpaste and cake mix?? Honey, you lost money! You still have to buy food, the basics. Eggs, milk, meat, etc. You can save $ if you have a 60 hr week job and buying just what you need. Can save hundreds a week 😂😂

This episode didn’t make me cringe for the first time🤣🤣🤣 the whole reasoning behind why she does it, is because her husband lost his job & the show won me over when the guy couponing says they donate some of it.

So many of these people could donate to local food banks.. that would help so much..

These are just re-runs from years ago. The channel needs to state which year each of these shopping trips was done. I don't think they can save this much in 2023.

Some of these ppl seem like greedy hordors. Who needs 90 boxes of cereal an idk how they use all those coupons the have a expiration date on them.

I feel like this and finances need to be taught in school. People need to learn how to handle finances and how to coupon. At least get some level of knowledge. 👍👍👍

It think what Joel is doing for the children hospital is a special way for the sick children who can't celebrate Christmas with their families to able to enjoy the magic of Christmas and just forget about being sick for an hour or a day.

60 hours a week to save on groceries seems excessive to me. That girl is making her Family like (being generous) $20 grand in savings on groceries a year, when she could get an actual J-O-B...even a minimum wage job, that would contribute way more to her family. Maybe they save money as well by her being an at home Mom and not paying for childcare.

I really need an update on all these people today. Since they destroyed the couponing world with this show, how are the people that helped them fairing now I wonder? Are they still stock piling but on a smaller scale or are they living strictly off those expansive piles now? Couponing is a long term investment and is a full time job with little reward and pay. You have to spend money buying newspapers for coupons plus buy the item. As most places dont do rain checks half the time there already gond before the sale. So your really not saving like you think.
