I only eat 200g peanuts, 50g sunflower seeds, 60g spinach, 2 oranges, a carrot and maybe a banana in a day. this covers almost all my vitamin and mineral intake except b12, vitamin d and calcium.
@@noobstarop7500well you might convert k1 to k2 but its not very efficient so you are right Im not getting k2 enough. Im following a vegan diet so I have to get it from supplements. I liked that you notice that someone know the importance of micronutrients
@@zekiaydn9081 yeah bcoz K2 is very imp for bones K2 and d3 transfer calcium in bones that's why I am taking multivitamin just for vitamin K2 , I don't take a supplement for K2 only bcoz the price is same for K2 supplement and full multivitamin supplement and I wish I could make nattoo bcoz natoo contains a lot of k2

vitamin k have 3 versions/types: k1, k2, k3. clip only mention about k1 and please make a video about minerals updated not like vitamins outdated because there are new discovery researches made

I just took a college class which told us a tiny bit about vitamins and why they are important. Fat soluble and water soluble. Good to know yet I still don't 100% get it.
