It amazes me as an ICU RN that I see many of these patients everyday. But only alcoholics get B1 and Folate supplements. No one else. As I’ve been learning over past 6-9 months is that many of our diagnoses can be treated with a more holistic approach. Going against big pharmaceutical companies philosophy. And profits.
That's like barbera O'Neill videos .. she went holistic ..and the author of fast like a girl.. our cicadian rythem..our bodys can heal till the day we die ..and repair our dna ..and those ladies really helped me not to die at 53 .after decades of hell from b1 deficiency or not understanding I need minerals like to activate my cell to use it I need water 4 cups per cup a coffee ..n tea n all kinds of things ..our diets suck or not knowing these little things like soil depletion.. like chemicals in our foods.. like all that. .or how the body can activate those stem cells...or kowi fruit or green tea or black tea n the stem cells .. changeling our alkaline or acid ph with a little lemon ..simple stuff .. magnesium or Redmond salts Epsom salts ..ext ..even in our crops adding some Epsom salts ..just so mutch on barbers channel and then I love this one too I found. After her I'm like yes god..!! Thankyou jesus for the answer to a prayer ..bcuz b1 deficiency is a stressed which causes people to self medicate or drink n re..dehydrate n xyz.. just a cycle.. I watched my mother go through all he said n end up a sceliton bcuz her doctors did exactly what he said they do ..per batum..so thank God he makes these videos.. ! Bless these guys steppin out there telling the truth..!
Everything You discussing is what IAM on aspecially the diuretics not easy had heart failure couple years back also on Metformin thanks doctorMuch appreciated.iam learning so much at my old age age asage
@@SandraPeters-sz4sj so my question is not to be sticking my nose into your health , but is your EF or ejection fraction less then 60%? If so you are being treated correctly. But if EF is 60-65% you may look into what he was saying about B1 deficiency. They have same symptoms as each other.
Your opinions on this will never be appreciated or taken with a grain of salt because B1 doesn’t make money and might cure too easily. I pray you help as much as you can!!
@@thechickincharge1073 first thanks for the prayer! I do care. I see people being treated for something that with diagnostic tests done conflict with diagnosis. So being treated with medication that have side effects and telling them that their heart sucks is damaging to their emotional and psychological health. And does nothing to fix root cause. And yes I know big pharm has a lot to do with this which is wrong. But if everyone shares maybe a few can be healed by a cheap fix.
Living the nightmare of wet, dry, and GI thiamine deficiency right now. This has been the most challenging health issue to get diagnosed that I have experienced. It mimics so many diseases. I just had the bloodwork for the serum B1 test yesterday; unfortunately, until I watched this video, I didn't know that there's a B1 deficiency test at the cellular level called ETAC which is even more accurate. I will continue to advocate for myself and I will go down swinging if I have to. Lord Jesus help me please. 💕🙏
I took 750mg of Benfotiamine after about 3 months of blurry vision. I’m type 1 Diabetic. Next morning I woke up with crystal clear vision. Lower stress and much more energy
@@jenny-wc8qy I think it’s the life extension brand. Blue bottle that says mega Benfotiamine. 250 mg per capsule. I took 750 mg the first few days but it made me almost too relaxed. So i went down to 500mg and feel better. I cant believe how well it works. Hope it works for you too
High blood pressure for 10 years, anxiety, high pulse rate, tachycardia. Not ONE of the many doctors I consulted mentioned Thiamine. 😡😡😡😡 All they can do is prescribe medication to artificially lower blood pressure. They don’t look for the root cause. 😠😠😠😠
Many factors can cause what you are experiencing. The only thing is get a blood work and see what you are deficient in and go from there. There’s no possible way vitamin b1 will just magically mitigate your symptoms.
Me too! I would love to get off meds! I also was not informed vit D assisted in calcium and bones... but they offered bone meds! No natural solutions! Just pillpushing!
RN nurse (London) woke up to big pharma 3 years ago and it was a big HALLELUYAH MOMENT 😅😅😅. Thank you Dr Osborne and all the other doctors such as you for educating us. I am ex ITU nurse but im now beginning to believe that im not educated at all😂😂😂. THE MOST HIGH CREATOR HAS SAID ALL WILL BE REVEALED. SENDING LOADS OF LOVE TO EVERYONE ❤❤❤
Thiamine is water-soluble, which means it has trouble crossing the fat layer that forms the outside of each cell. *_Benfotiamine_* is the fat-soluble form that is easily absorbed into the cell (3 to 5 times more easily), where it is converted into thiamine. Because benfotiamine is more bioavailable than thiamine, it provides higher levels of thiamine within the brain, liver, kidney, and all muscle tissues.
I stopped going to allopathic doctors years ago. It always seemed like their advice, prescriptions etc. would do more harm than good. I've been recovering since. Thanks for the great information, presented with a depth and breath that is most useful.
Peg, as a 79 year old woman, please please hear my story. I literally hate allopathic doctors or medicine. Therefore, decades ago I chose to only follow alternative medicine, in its different forms. Then, 14 years ago out of the blue, I found myself vomiting pure blood. Long/short….two weeks hospitalized in trying to save my life and giving me many pints of blood to replace what I lost. Diagnosis ? Two diseases. Diabetes and non-alcoholic cirrhosis of my liver. I was flabbergasted. Shrugging off the diabetic diagnosis for the moment, I asked how on EARTH did I get cirrhosis when I did not drink alcohol. My doctor said……..” Because your undiagnosed diabetes was not treated, it went over into your liver, et voil’a, cirrhosis “. This was the day when I saw that : If I want to keep breathing, I MUST use an Allopath for prescription PLUS Labs. But, use them ONLY for this. Otherwise, continue using alternative doctors, vitamins, supplements as before. Bottom line, ignore allopath as much as possible, but don’t cut your nose off , just to spite your face, or you will end up like me. Today, I do all of my supplements plus prescriptions, except when the Allopath says my Labs are good enough to ditch the prescription. ❤️
i had bad gerd anxiety issues...thx to dr berg videos..i took high dose vit b1 natural ,vit b complex, nutritional yeast , magnesium and keto diet daily....oh wow...now i am fully gerd anxiety free within 2 weeks
The same with me. I had severe shortness of breath while sleeping. Taking vitamin B1 before bed saves me from that! I found out a month ago that I’m deficient.
Its all one huge balance and that's the problem. Taking one thing wont necessarily solve your issue, but taking cofactors may throw other things out of the loop.
If it should be mentioned, why didn’t you mention it? You only mentioned magnesium but your statement declares many should all be mentioned. Cm’ on man! You should let us know. I feel ripped-off.
Great explanation doc. Great service to us. Fat ankles have disappeared after starting on the Bs and I don't think that's a coincidence. It seems like we are all on the verge of forms of Beri Beri without knowing it!

Peter Osborne seriously, you are the best doctor in the world , just information no BS , sorry but some doctors are not too bright.... I believe your role in this world is to get up in front of thousands ...millions of doctors and teach them your information that you have managed to process without bias or without repeating the same narrative .Thank you ☮️🌞
Is it funny the doctors doesn’t take nutrition classes? in my opinion a doctor is not a doctor unless he knows all these otherwise he is a drug seller! Im form Iraq so forgive me if my English is not very good sometimes my grammar ☺️ but I always pray to god to protect you and doctors like you 🙏🏻❤️💞🌷
Why is it that people who have near perfect English always apologize for their English? Must be the humble-brag : Oh look how good my English is and I’m in Iraq ! Give it a rest Muhammad
Ignorance is bliss for the pharmaceutical /food industry who are instrumental in setting the study programs for doctors !!! If doctors were educated in nutrition they would have to go against the accepted doctrine that every ailment should be treated by big pharma drugs !!! IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY !! YOU ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A CASH COW !!!!!!!
I was showing all the signs of B1 deficiency after starting methotrexate for Rheumatoid arthritis. My Rheumatologist ignored all my concerns (peripheral neuropathy was debilitating) and kept saying all I need is higher dose of methotrexate for aches and pains. I heard that folic acid deficiency impacts absorption of B1 and methotrexate blocks folic acid. Though I was supplementing with folate my symptoms got worse every time I took methotrexate. More over due to wheat allergy I was eating white rice in every meal. No wonder I was deficient. At one point I felt I can’t move my legs to walk and I told my family that it feels like I am about to get paralyzed. I started taking be benfothiamine with other form of B1. I felt like a new person in just two days. Thank full for all the videos online. God is great!
I've been struggling with health issues since September of 2022. It hit me like a rock! I've been to the ER and finally was able to get health insurance. I had edema in my left leg. Trouble sleeping. Brain fog. Blood pressure issues. Sudden random dizziness. Intestinal problems. Mild depression. My leg swelled up so bad that I'd have to rap it from my ankle to my mid thye . Im 48. A waitress and work long hours. So eating healthy and enough food has been a battle. At the ER I got diagnosed with Sciatica. I did have it but it was the result of the edema. I was given a steroid ,muscle relaxers and pain killers. It helped but it returned as soon as they weren't available anymore. As soon asI got my health insurance I scheduled an appointment for a doctor's appointment. The staff were amazing but after my visit I didn't feel my doctor was truly listening to me. I explained everything and the journey I've been through and after her exam she took some blood work. When my results came in I ,after my own research, shared it with my holistic doctor friend. She listened and was way more concerned about my doctor's approach and my blood work. The doctor ,after my physical exam stated I had injured my leg and that was the result of my pain and swelling. I knew this was false because I could feel something in my tissues. I know my body. My blood work showed my cholesterol was a bit high for my age. My platelets were just above normal. The doctor wanted to put me on muscle relaxers and a staten. I didn't pick up the prescription from the pharmacy. I was determined to figure out what was wrong. All my symptoms pointed to one thing. It's a B1 issue. As soon as I took it within an hour literally all my pain in my leg and swelling was gone! I have an un diagnosed celiacs disease. I know now that cheating isnt worth it anymore. It blows my mind how something so simple can destroy your livelihood! I wish more doctor's understood how nutrition plays such a roll in your health. Prescribing meds should be a last resort.
Hi , what supplement from which brand did you take and which dosage? I wonder if maybe covid depletes B1 because I read a lot of stories about people with breathing symptoms and symptoms like you who took B1 and it was gone
@@climax1233 I just look for a organic option with no unnecessary additives. The dosage from my research really depends on the individual. I've always had a high tolerance to medication and needed more vitamins than the recommended dose for most things. So I opted for the higher dose and added more daily. People can have a genetic enzyme disorder that can create the deficiency also. That is were I believe I land on this issue. You can get tested but I chose not to because of my results. Also from my research I read how with some people that the thiamine B1,stopped working. It's because it's water soluble so it gets extracted fast from your body. It seems to be happening to me . However there is a stronger version that your body is able to keep longer so I've ordered that. Benfotiamine. I think part of my relapse is the carbs that I sometimes eat. Carbs and sugar depletes your B1. I was also on the Carnivore diet so that helped.I stopped. I'm returning to it as of now. It's been hard to reprogram my brain about food and nutrition. I realize we've been lied to and that eventually it will catch up to you .
I am only 11 minutes into your video and I am already having some puzzle pieces fit together. Sorry in advance for this long history: I’m a 56 year old male. I’m not what you’d call obese or really even overweight. I am 5’11” and 195lbs. I’ve struggled for years with hypertension/high cholesterol and have been on blood pressure meds since my late 20sor early 30s. I’ve been diagnosed my multiple different doctors with Myofascial pain syndrome as well as chronic fatigue syndrome. Some doctors have called it fibromyalgia and connective tissue disorder. My rheumatologist tested me for my ANA levels and they came back with slight elevations for lupus symptoms. 16 months ago I had quadruple bypass open-heart surgery. Two months ago I did a sleep study and they found that I had sleep apnea and now I am trying to adjust to a CPAP machine which is not going well. Then a video popped up in my feed that suggested that I might have B1 deficiencies which can cause sleep apnea. I just found your video and hope that I may find additional possible answers to my condition.

Yep. Not surprising ... it is due to the niacin . It’s ok still v good for you so just take that with food first. Later you will build tolerance to niacin. Means you didn’t have niacin for long time.
@@tomregan9628 so you are telling that niacin can remove bad side effects of increased metabolism after b1? if so then I don't need to worry about heart race in keto due to dropped blood sugar levels after taking b1. right?
Doctors made me very sick in the past. I was so sick that I almost died of epilepsy. I would react to most of the drugs, so I started reading the scientific litterature. I cut gluten, slowly decreased the antiseizure medications (following the guidelines of each drug company) and adding supplements. Today, I take supplements, period. No more antiseizure medications... No more seizure either.

Very good overview of B1 (Thiamine) deficiency. B1 is essential for so many processes in the body. Other videos that are must-watch are from experts such as Chandler Marrs and Elliot Overton.
Love both of them! Have watched many hours of their talks! Megadosing b1 (with supportive supplements) helped me off Lyrica & greatly reduce pain narcotics
Another ICU RN here and I’m seeing such an uptick in “autoimmune “ dis-eased humans. Thiamine mainly prescribed for alcohol abuse with no B1 levels ever checked. Only B12 , folate levels are being checked around So Cal area hospitals. Thanks for this enlightening information 🙏🏻come to think of it, no Vitamin C given for sepsis either 🤷♀
" Auto-immune disease is caused by triggers" 100%! I started the carnivore diet (minus dairy) 12 weeks ago and haven't suffered a single symptom of my auto-immune conditions. I also reversed my pre-diabetes. My quality of life has done a 180 as my anxiety and depression lifted in less than 2 weeks. I am still supplementing my B vitamins as well as D and A for awhile as they were severely depleted on my plant-based diet.

My partner and play noticed that my playing skills word declined. This then I have noticed a lot of effects, not realizing it probably refers back to the vitamin B1 deficiency. It can drain your function! Thank you so much doctor for this information. You have saved the quality of my life and perhaps my life how many others as well. May the Lord bless you and your career!
My husband just went the last 2 years through hell. When it started I did not know what hit me (him). I have received a spiritual message from a friend of ours saying that there is something going on with his vagus nerve and still it took 2 years to finally find an answer to so many symptoms. The heart, the lungs, the kidneys and his digestive tract were all effected. But there is hope. I am positive that this kind of medical system will not survive much longer. In fact I believe it will be the first to go.

Hashimoto disease is autoimmune disease, and all autoimmune diseases are actually causing or are the result of Vit. B1 deficiency. It is scientifically proven. I disagree with the comment that there is no connection between Hashimoto and B1 deficiency.
Hi Dr. Osborne Thank you so much for this in depth video. I am curious about your recommendation on Benfotiamine. You recommended 50-150mg. I looked at the supplement that you offer, and it is 300mg. I have had neuropathy for over 2 decades. Not sure if it was caused due to diet or post spinal surgery, but I would like to understand if it is safe to take the higher, does you offer. Thank you again!
I've been taking 1,200 mgs.of benfotiamine for about a month, after years of taking only 150 mgs. with no noticeable results. At 600 mgs., I finally got help with neuropathy, but it took 1,200 to get help with depression. If you take a basic B complex at a different meal than the benfotiamine to make sure you avoid an imbalance, you should be okay. We are all different, and I must take large doses of a medicine that can cause problems, so that may be why I need so much. EONutrition chnl. has videos on high dose B1.

I appreciate this presentation! Saving me hours searching the internet. Vitamin B1 is something that I am very interested in, i recently started supplementing with it and noticed a marked improvement in my vision. Several deficiencies you speak of are symptoms I have been correcting with lifestyle change.
This sound like it's going to be really long, over an hour. I've learned a lot from Dr Mandell. Chiropractors and D.O.s are so much about how the body functions, where as many M.D.s seem to be just glorified pharmacists! I think this is going to be a good one.
Excellent video! I am taking high levels of benfotiamine and vit Bs and my weak painful legs are cured..all symptoms have disappeared! grandma from New Zealand???
@Taiwo Omotoshoonly take a ttfd. Like allithiamine. Crosses the blood brain barrier. It has no toxicity. Depends what your healing from. You could take up to 1000mcg across the day.
@@MrRAQ18 This is an extremely expensive option. I take 300mg of benfotiamine and a mega dose of B complex since megadosing individual B vitamins can create deficiencies in the others as they work synergistically.
Also I use a multi b complex in capsule form which I empty into drinks throughout the day. This enables the body to metabolise it efficiently without continuously expelling the excess via the kidneys. This method also helps to protect the kidneys to a certain extent.
are there any other supplements you take other than the b complex and benfo.? (and how long did it take for your issues to resolve?)....I too have some weakness/pain and edema in my legs and have started a similar regimen but also have included some high doses of magnesium, zinc and selenium to a lesser extent.

Same here but lately I have been having stomach issues of not digesting food properly, anxiety, fear and depression. Also sciatic nerve. I am so afraid of doctors. One Doctor told me I had diabetes without giving me a test ti see if I had it. But was ready to write prescription for it. And I have no symptoms of diabetes.
Another trigger for autoimmunity is bacteria in hidden dental infections! These infections can't easily be detected because they are inside a tooth, or in the microtubules in a rootcanaled tooth or in a cavitation which is a hole in the jawbone where bacteria can lived. Cavitations are the result of improperly extracted teeth where the ligament to the extracted tooth was left and putrefies under the tissue that grows over the extraction hole.

By the Grace of God I have learned how to heal myself and others🙏!
@@jamicarpenter8760 Amazing story!!! What's the best thing for hypothyroidism/ hoshimotos and estrogen dominant for a 55 year old menopause woman? Appreciate your help 🙏😊
@@moniryousefian8782 Monir…first thing you have to eliminate is bottled water/beverages and tap water from your diet. Bottled water packaged in Bpa/Bha contains pseudo-estrogen, and will cause estrogen dominance. This is also causing gynecomastia in most of the middle aged men in society. Avoid using plastic for ANY food storage. I use glass and stainless steel. Next you need to avoid all seed oils, and any soybean products. This also will cause estrogen imbalance. I eat a modified CLEAN keto diet with .5 cups berries in my homemade organic yogurt daily. Tap water has fluoride added, which until the 1940’s was used to treat thyroid issues 😳! Wonder why we are having an explosion of thyroid Dysfunction ??? I also take a few supplements to help T3/T4 conversion. amino acids l-tyrosine and l- arginine, and ALA to help my microbiome produce the the BCFA needed to help the body in the conversion. Always check with your physician before changing your lifestyle with supplements. I also use Ayurvedic herbs and vitamins to balance hormones.
Dr. Osborne, THANK YOU for this valuable information. I got your book several years ago, and it was a great guide for my family and friends! Many blessings!!+
Yes! I've been through it all and by now it's 72 I'm still diabetic and struggling but no a lot of what not to put in my body to make things worse. I'm learning a lot from you here.!!!
Most of docs are dumb I had low iron level since 6 years I really fuckedup they always check my haemoglobin and ferritin level always normal so I decide one day to any lab blood test and choose what kind test I want I choose iron then I shocked under 59 ug deficiency my level iron was 31 ug 🥲 than I take result to doc and she said it’s ok this not effect your energy 🥺 so I ignore her I take iron supplements my energy improved and cold feet and hand improved and foggy brain and dizzy all improvers I feel little better than before Cause I suffered 6 years : dizzy, fatigue, fog brain, heart beating fast and sometime slow and always tired ,it’s very hard to focus and weak mind So after 6 years am wasting my time and money to see docs 🥺 Wish for everyone to back in health and wellness 🌺
Same here too. I could hv heard atleast 20 years back..i am suffering fibro ..too muvh sufferings. Thanks to you. Your knowledge also sincere. Many are not interested, very soon they make patients psyche, if they cannt find any reason.
Thank you so much for your very informative vid. I was just surfing through you tube and this came up and just few minutes in had an aha moment regarding my own mystery symptoms but more so my Dad. He has many symptoms but has /does everything on the what causes b1 deficiency list😮. He definitely not going to change but I could at least sneak it into his diet. B complex I'd assume. Might be interesting observational experiment for me anyway 👍
I went on thiamine vitamin B1 as I was awaiting a neck operation for a disc that was compressing a nerve and I was on Lyrica for a few years but I took myself off of it after numerous side effects. With time and a lot of physio and the vitamin B1 religiously every day for a full year I did notice it working after about 6 months. It's hard to know because I was 2 or 3 years with intense physio but just as the neck operation was due the neck healed
Arlene India I had been suffering from this deficiency and was having almost all the symptoms. I'm really benefitting after taking thiamine. Thank you for your elaborate explanation.
@@mcmarsha67 I'm about to start B1 protocol: - 50mg B1 HCL - 50mg benfotiamine - 25mg sulbutiamine - 300mg magnesium - multivitamin - molybdenum/iodine/selenium drops to activate B2 (deficiency of this vitamin may cause issues on the B1 protocol) Will slowly increase to much larger doses as my issues have been present and worsening since I was 8 years old.
@@ThisIsNotMyHome It definitely has helped and many symptoms are better. Overall, it's limited as my gut is so sensitive that I had trouble with a lot of the supplements, especially minerals! I'd recommend the protocol for sure as it definitely works and has huge potential. The response will be individual though.
Auto Immune conditions can also be triggered by lingering unresolved complex trauma/ PTSD; often after experiencing an additional heavy loss (such as losing a loved one through death or divorce).
When I found out diabetics are low in B1 I started my husband on Benfotiamine. 300mg . He is no longer on insulin or any diabetes meds. we did cut carbs a bit but he still drinks a 20oz soda a day. His A1C latest is 5.9
@@NansGlobalKitchen yes his diabetes is great. Covid did a number on his heart. Function is down and he is in heart failure again and that is messing his kidneys up. But he is improving daily and we are working on that. Going back to what we did in his first health crisis and adding a few new things I have learned lately. I buy from Swanson's and Piping Rock health products usually.
I just reread my comment from before and he takes 300mg of benfotiamine in the morning and I give him 200mg of regular B1 noon and evening. Just because he eats so many carbs and B1 is water soluble and excess is just secreted in the urine.
@@carrikartes1403 Thankyou again but what is the regular B1 I did not know that there is 2 types of it all these different types of vitamins like the magnesium there is so many different ones I get confused on which ones to take! 😊
First time that I’m here watching you in this channel and thanks so much for sharing your information about the vitamin B1 Use. Unfortunately when you go to the doctor with some health problem it’s can be some simple just like that. having some deficiencies or over dose of some vitamin’s in your body. I appreciate your information that you share with all of us. God bless you for what you doing. 👍 by the way I subscriber to your channel because I like what I hear 👂 😊
QUESTION: if you're not getting it into the cell or small intestine, what's the point of taking the vitamin? I have SO MANY of these issues. All connected. I HOPE you see this! Thank You
In my other comment below I mentioned that I went on vitamin B1 thiamine for a neck nerve injury. I ended up coming off of it when I was cured but I noticed as maybe one year progressed that I had been much healthier when I was on it so I decided to go back on it for general health
@@climax1233 yes I am back on it every 2nd day as I take b6 the other day as I am on lots pills(all natural except telfast180 antihistamine) as my tummy is delicate with bad IBS.I will b staying on b1 for life now as my mother(very healthy-no pills ever til that bloody totally unnecessary statin past 20yrs) has succumbed to dementia....and b1 helps prevent Alzheimers/dementia .....I will also NEVER take a statin unless I get a heart attack r stroke and then I'll supplement with a natural pill Ivor Cummins(Irish like me)sells that gives the body back what the statin robs it of....btw I will not lie..... it takes 3 months on it every day b4 u even see it start to work and I am on it every2nd day so in 6 months it will start to work.....it has NO ill effects on my tummy so I am staying on it.....most pills need a6 week detox every year r 2.....wish u well on your health journey friend
I took. Metformin. for over. 15. years. &. Yes. I suffer with. Neuropathy. & trouble with balance. I took myself. Off this Medicine when I found out what it did to me. My. Doctors did not. Tell Me It could cause. Neuropathy. 😒
Oh my goodness you have explained it so well I do believe I have this problem and I have been taking B1 with a LA and I can tell a big difference how much it helps me I just started taking it from listening to Dr. Berg
You are a Godsend on B1 deficiency that can cause seizure in my buddy suffered and doctor prescribed him lifelong anti-seizure drug(4 a day) that further depleted B1.
@@sincity5268 he recovered with B-complex vitamins, no more seizure and no more anti-seizure medicine. .Recently i found a clip that said B12 (high-dose, sublingual) can also cure seizure like B6 and B1. Their roles are similar or overlapping. Thanks for asking...
Thiamine deficiency can also cause low blood pressure due to Dysautonomia. Read “Thiamine Deficiency Disease, Dysautonomia, and High Calorie Malnutrition” by Lonsdale and Marrs
Mary Richards-Kallman I believe that I have a problem with my autonomic nervous system. Any good resource/ideas on dysautonomia. I can’t find hardly anything on this subject. Doctors know nothing and have basically told me it’s all in my head. I take benfotiamine. Been on keto for 4 years. Please help.
Confused about dosage. Your video says 50-150mg day Benfo, but your Ultra B1 says 2-4 qty daily, ea 300mg = 600-1200 total. What am I not understanding?
I been seeing doctors, complaining about extreme fatigue, not one of them mentioned this vitamin deficiency being a culprit. I picked up solger b1 after watching b1 diffiency video. Never relying on physician for anything...only need them for emergency care, ie accident. Primary docs, They dont guide us at all
Have had aweful aniety and sleep deprivation for months prone to angst, started taking B1 a couple of days ago and now ive found this great video, thank you so much
Hey Doctor, I'm Tammy Poulin and your blessing me soooo much with your knowledge!! Thank you thank you!! We live in Maine!! But I was wondering what you think about the FODmap diet? My doctor just told me I should try it, I struggle with Chronic Pain, arthritis and IBS, I'm just starting going GF!! Wow it's a battle!! Luv your brain friend 😃
Excellent video. I can relate to it. And am sharing with a friend with symptoms you mention. Really hope this is the missing clue to my conditions and my friend’s. Thank you.
This is so interesting. For years whenever I have itching I take B1. I often take Cream of Tartar for stress. The Cream of Tartar is high in potassium. Since listening to these videos I have started taking them together and a bit more often.
It is called the adrenal support it is quarter teaspoon sea salt half a teaspoon cream of tartar In a glass of water it is the best for sunstroke when you've had too much sun it brings you right back to normal and if it takes wonderful that means you really need it
