Lovely discussion. Mental health is the need of the hour. Dr Pratima talked about Spirituality as a way of taking care of mental wellbeing. I have been a Yoga practitioner and an Art Of Living faculty for Children and Teens for a decade now. I believe Sudarshan Kriya (which has been well researched @NIMHANS too!!) is a simple rhythmic breathing technique which helps us get in state of Meditation,which calms mind and brings more clarity!!😊

This podcast was amazing I what to add something on parent expose child with phone that, when a mother use videos on phone to make child stop drying which is an amateur way because we should not give exposure to social media to the child so I think that the parents do this because of they want to flaunt that there child can’t stop crying until she/he don’t watch that video, so there should be awareness among the uneducated as well as educated parents about not giving access to mobile phone to the child at an early age ..

Dr madam 0:51 Please favour me My son 22 years diagnosed with bipolar disorder We are giving alonzapine 5 mg tablet every night since last 1 month Earlier we have given Arip mt 5 mg half tablet for 8 months But could not recover by this Alonzopine 5 mg is good improvement But need some more improvement Please suggest me how to cop up & how to improve some self belief of patient
