I had to stop at 2 minutes and have a break cos I felt like I was having a heart attack and after I started again, right when she said ' don't fall over', I stubbed my toe and fell but hey I made it, and I'm burning and half dead.
I've been doing this workout once a day for 4 days so far and I must say, this is the best thigh workout I have ever done. I've seen a slight different in my inner thighs so I will keep doing this for a week and I'll update! :)

Ive been doing this workout once a day for three weeks and so far Ive noticed a huge difference! Totally recommend this video! Ive combined this workout with the Insanity Abs workout to target the areas that I want to strengthen:)
I think the girls who are pissed off cos thighs are becoming bulky....muscley etc....don't forget working out is only half the work....cut down your carbs sugar ...eat lean protein ...your building muscle under the fat...which will bulk out your thighs...you need to loose the fat to create lean toned thighs.....if you think just doing this routine and still eating rubbish food will heed results your very mistakin....does not work that way at all😉
I just found that video because after killing myself eating bad food, I am trying to lose weight but for someone like me who's morbidly obese, this workout is practically impossible to do particularly the ones they were doing standing up!
oh my god!! I am so sweaty! I absolutely LOVED this work out. I have such chunky legs and i really want to slim them down. I will do this every day from now on!
So tired after doing this workout, but it felt so good! Imma do this everyday 'til I get my inner thigh back! I lost it last summer bc of eating too much junk food while on my laptop screen without any physical activity FOR TWO MONTHS!! No wonder I got fatter but I know imma get that back with determination and persistence. :)
Hey just found this workout now , I've tried so many other thigh workouts in this summer but they didn't work. My thighs are very big and I want to slim my thighs . Gonna do this for 7 days or more I'll update you guys. (CURRENT WEIGHT: 68.05 kg) Day 1: I felt bit easier and took 2-3 breaks in between and successfully completed the workout and my legs feel so sore Day 2: Same as day-1, I felt bit easier but sweated a a lot today. There is no difference in my thighs. Day 3: Day 4: (DAY 4: WEIGHT ) Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: (DAY 7 WEIGHT:)
My inner thighs was burning so much I mean I'm pretty sure this is gonna work I'm 14years old I hope I'll get results till my birthday it's on 28 June Wish me luck 💜

I added the under the fence move to my usual routine and I'm definitely feeling it in my glutes and inner thighs today after doing it last night. From now on I'll be starting with that, because it really warmed up my whole legs and I finally felt like my whole exercise routine did something for me. Usually I never feel any recovery burn apart from in the front of my thighs.
GREAT WORKOUT!! looked easier then expected lol but I got it down now, can't believe the results with in a week =o slimmed my inner thighs wonderfully =)
yes!! i'm not exaggerating....I do other workouts as well during the week but none ever helped my inner thighs, not even squats...also, I am on a PALEO chicken diet and I do know paleo people get faster results....regardless of how long it will take you, you will get results eventually and it's well worth it if slimming down your inner thighs is your goal :D
I had the "brilliant" idea to start doing this workout ("Ten minutes? Pfft, I can do this!") after a whole 30 minutes workout that had already broken my legs and will. I collapsed after two minutes lol
Guys, this workout was horrible. I did it everyday two times a day and the results were horrible. My thighs got bigger and more muscles. It didn't lose any fat at all, instead it gained more muscle. Now, my thighs look better than before :(
My right side body is bigger than left side body, a little difference was there but when I became little bit fat so I started doing scwats n other exercises (to work on thigh) bt thn I saw the difference in my body that left side of the body reduced bt right side of the body is bigger plz give me the solution to balance my body n when I do exercise I feel pain more in left side rather than the other side n also getting knee pain on left side n looking n I'm feeling right side of my body is bigger than the other plz tell me how to balance my body😞
It is funny and very effective workout for my thighs! I thought that almost 11 minutes will be so horrible for me, but now i know i am going to try doing this workout every day! have a nice day xx
This kicked my ass! Just been running lately and I wanted to do a little extra because I thought I was fit enough but I obviously need to do more core and strengthening workouts. Lol
I dunno if I'm the 1st guy to do this, but this is such a great burn!! I'm used to doing some yoga, free weights, and barbells but this ridiculous. Can't wait to do more and get conditioned. Fab inner Thigh exercise. Thanks a million 😃😃😃💪💪💪

Ove lost 50 in the course of my journey. Inner thigh still flabby and dont like it with a passion my arms too and lower stomach. All in all end of yr these goals will be reached. Thanks for this work out. Most of these can be achieved in 🛌

Updates coming up.. Day 1: I feel darn good❤️❤️ I want to do this everyday....for 30 days. Then see what will happen. I want this to work..Let us see what happens. Adrenaline rush! Aaaaahhh😋😋!!! Day 2: I can't feel much difference..well obviously it is the second day..and so I don't expect much either..but I feel good and maybe it is working slowly. Well I will give the liberty of pace to it. But I am sure it will happen. Let us try some other workouts, shall we??
Evie Redland yes. I shed about 2 kgs in a month. Until now, I lost 3 kgs. Current weight- 49 kgs. Sometimes it becomes 48.5 kgs. The other day I was 48 kgs. My weight is very unstable but it never goes above 49.

1st time doing this workout and I only made it 1/2 way through. Thought I was going to have a heart attack lol.Going to do it 3 times a week, along with my regular workout routine and see what happens!What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.........we'll see.......
This is the first leg/thigh workout I've tried where you can actually feel the burn. And I like the little bit of cardio and ab work, too. Thanks for this!
