Hey Mike, you might like this. Next time make a blueberry and port wine reduction. Then use it to drizzle over the muffins. It tastes amazing. Also great on pancakes. Ruby port, blueberries, a bit of cinnamon and clove, sugar (to taste). Don't forget a pinch of salt. Cook until it reduces by half, longer to make a compote.

Love this channel I just found it about a month ago. Idea 1. I was wondering if you guys ever make soul food like, greens, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, cornbread, black eye peas, fried chicken or pot roast or turkey wings. I liked Barry's the best for a late morning or afternoon treat. Mike's kind of scared me with everything going on. Jamie nailed it for breakfast but I would have fork split and then toasted the English Muffin (maybe he did this but I missed it) before inserting constructing the sandwich. Great job by all

Do a DEEP DISH PIZZA Challenge. I love savory over sweet 9 times out of 10. But I can only imagine what Bazz's taste like and sorry but when you say muffin to me, I think like Bazz. Sorry jamie. Still love you though. ♥

I'd absolutely eat every one of the three muffins. Each looked delicious and unique. That said, I think Mike deserves the win--he went so far outside the typical muffin topping with popcorn. I use popcorn on top of a brownie recipe and people love it--crunchy, salty, delicious!

As much as I love savoury foods, I'm weak for anything with blueberries. Barry's muffin looks so good too! A cup of tea would be perfect with any of them.
