Barry's was the most creative. Mike's eclairs were so pretty, and lemon is always refreshing. Jamie is my favorite, and he added espresso and chocolate! My dude!

Top Tip: If you make Mike's mistake (like I once did) with the choux pastry dough, you can still use the runny choux dough by filling greased muffin tins with the mixture and baking them instead of just throwing the mixture away. That way, they'll still puff up and you just get muffin-shaped profiteroles that you can still fill up with creme pat.

Haven't watched the video yet, but just from the title I can tell that Barry wins.

I love tarts so Barry's creation (minus the shrubbery) is the one I would pick to eat. That said, Mike worked so hard and despite the slow start, I think it's fair to say that we're all a bit surprised it turned out so well. Well done, Mike. You've earned my vote.

First off, all three of them sounded delicious. I'm a fan of raspberry and I actually like the idea of a touch of coffee with the cannoli. However, it was the Lemon Eclairs that had me practically drooling from the moment the custard was piped right between the eclairs. Therefore, the eclairs are the recipe I'm going for.

I realise this video is 4 and a half years old but if anyone wants to try Cannoli at home a top tip I learnt is to add a splash of white vinegar into the paste with the eggs. I'm not sure of the science behind it but it makes the final pastry super crispy and causes the air bubbles that Cannoli have. Also Cannoli are Sicilian, not Italian.

Have you guys ever thought of doing a vegan battle or just some vegan videos in general? I for one would love to see some,I don't know about anyone else

Laughed so much! I also liked seeing how much effort went into all the dishes, and this week seemed more challenging for the Terrible Trio than any of the other videos. Jamie hit the flavors with espresso canoli. A little instant espresso powder in the pastry adds a great kick in flavor and garnish with cocao nibs
