@@megangrant1182 that’s absolutely horrible! My first therapist on BETTERHELP started eating during our session…. I was so confused and then when I reported it they found my insta and started harassing me for making their rating go down! Everyone I know that has used it has had a horrible experience.

Half the ones on the app in my area had out of date information, the others had zero availability, despite the app saying they had appointments available. Finding a decent therapist is already hard enough, without apps like BetterHelp putting out false information
