It's definitely a personal grudge or an assassination 40 stabs shows anger or confirmed kill/kill secure!! And if there was no evidence left the killers were professionals, not ordinary amateurs who leaves proof behind which indicates a high-level group that was hired if someone went through all this to kill her with no sign of struggle from her which means they clearly know when to strike. She definitely knew something which was meant to be kept a secret. Nobody in this video is the killer.. It's a group which is not been identified yet which only the poor lady knew.. RIP. A lady working for real estate will have a lot of high-level contacts.. in her cell phone or contact diary that killer or related to the killer is present somewhere definitely!! My intuitions are spot on 98% of the time..!!

@@allanchandy4699 I don't know it doesn't seem like professional killers, 40 stabs is overkill and is hard to do. Its something that's done with a lot of emotion. A hired hit is more likely to stab you a couple times and slit your throat and wrists. Not that its impossible, just seems unlikely.

I lived in Saanich from 2005-2015, and was a newspaper courier from 2006-2011. When Buziak’s murder happened in 2008, it was front-page news, and I learned everything the press knew from the papers I delivered. I still live in the Victoria metropolitan area, and the fact that Saanich police might be close to a suspect now warms my heart like no one’s business. Thank you for sharing her story.

Why not get the woman the killer hired to kill her to do the calls then? Faking an accent is not the only reason. Setting up red herrings is a much more likely reason for doing an accent. The killer had time and resources to set all this up and not be caught for all these years. Their not dumb enough to make the phone call themselves and just cover up their voice with an accent 😂😂 sorry but my mother in laws voice still sounds the same whether she puts on a lousy accent or not

I’m willing to say Jason and his mom are definitely involved. Something Mike left out in this video is that when Jason and his friend arrived at the house and went inside, Jason immediately ran upstairs to find her dead even though supposedly he had never been in that house before, and how would he know right away that she was upstairs? His friend reported this as very strange, and police did nothing about it. Additionally, his mom answering that call from the burner phone is enough to incriminate her, end of story.
@anitaknight3915
@anitaknight3915 3 года назад
Absolutely. The mom did it and was the mastermind behind the murder, and Jason was in on it. That's why he established an alibi, then waited outside until it was over, and conveniently ran upstairs to the room here body was in. Yeahhh very suspicious and obvious. Being stabbed brutally and in an enclosed private area is not something a hit man would do. This was personal to shut her up from exposing them and not wanting their money trail to be negatively affected.

A killer for hire doesn't stab his target 40 times. This was a killing of hate/passion. The boyfriend and his mother need to be questioned using lie detector tests.
@sqeeye3102
@sqeeye3102 3 года назад
A polygraph test is notoriously unreliable. So much so that they are inadmissable as evidence in the US. Mike has even commented about them being qoute "bullshit" but they do raise eyebrows if you refuse although that goes for anything you refuse. My question is why did he refuse his DNA (11:49) but did reenactments and stuff? Either you trust the cops to help and not fabricate evidence or you don't. Also, a drug cartel will have a killer for hire do anything they ask, Mexico is rife with evidence of that fact.

At first I felt sorry for the boyfriend who might have tormented himself over the fact he was circling the home while his girlfriend was being killed inside, but the more I watched the more I had my doubts about him. The convenience of his being late, getting a friend along with him (helps corroborate alibis) also seeing the couple get back in the house and immediately deciding to circle the neighbourhood (almost feels like he gave them the opportunity to escape unnoticed through the back door). And the biggest sign is the boyfriend's mother's call with a fake spanish accent! This family might have a dark business and somehow lindsay found out so they needed her to go, so they hired someone to kill her. I don't know but the way she was attacked so viciously definitely suggests a personal motive.

What's the motive though? No affair, no life insurance, no custody battle, she wasn't breaking up with him. And who was the woman who made the call and was seen at the house? Could have been one of those thrill seeking couples like Paul Bernardo/Karla Homolka who decided they wanted to kill someone.
@Godsservant778
@Godsservant778 2 года назад
@@reignman30 Well apparently they were having frequent arguments because of Jason's very possesive nature (I.e. he wanted to know everything about Lindsay, wouldn't let her go to parties, was jealous and thought she was having affairs etc.) to the point where Lindsay told her dad she was close to breaking up with him. Add this to the fact that she kept saying she saw something she shouldn't have and that the Zalio family has a lot of very sketchy connections to the drug dealers in the area and you've got yourself a motive. IMHO the bf and the mother are somehow involved in it and she probably hired the couple to lure her inside the house only for her to wait inside and stab her violently. This would explain why Shirley (the mother) came to the crime scene ON FOOT even though she lives 30min away and it also checks out with how Lindsay strongly disliked and had arguments with Shirley, and it appears the feeling was mutual.

Hmmm I’m gonna have to disagree. Logically, if I was her bf and honestly didn’t have any involvement in the killing I think I would also refuse unless legally obligated. Chances are his lawyer advised him to do so. The burden of proof is on the investigators of the case. Willfully giving dna samples can only work against you in this case especially if you’re the victim’s romantic partner. If they find his dna in the murder house, he was there right? Now even if somehow they find physical evidence related to the murder weapon for example I think it has already been established that her bf didn’t kill her so having his dna on it while not impossible is highly improbable. To be clear, I’m not defending him nor am I saying there are no circumstances in which his dna sample would aid in the investigation. I’m sure if police were to find a substantial piece of evidence able to be connected to him they would be able to secure a warrant to obligate him to provide a sample. Until then, I agree with his decision.

@@SmokeyChipOatley Yeah I've watched a lot of videos since then and it seems very difficult to trust the police are doing a proper investigation. I do think you're also right that there's a high chance his dna would be on scene regardless and he might get harassed by bad cops who just want to close the case like we've seen many times on these channels. I've definitely changed my mind since writing that haha

@@thebombsauce To be fair, my initial gut reaction was suspicion also. I just like to put myself in different people’s shoes in situations like these, imagining both situations in which I’m innocent and in which I’m guilty to see if anything significant changes in my opinions. This one in particular stood out to me because it honestly changed my mind. Glad I was able to help. Hopefully he truly is innocent or I’ll look like a total moron lol

Why would Jason’s first instinct be to run directly upstairs? I feel like the natural reaction would be to sweep the first floor looking for the person. I just can’t imagine making a beeline for the bedroom.

OK, I think you have some point here, but his friend who came from the back door already went through - at least a part of - the first floor to open the front door for him. And then they split, he was going upstairs while his friend went to search the first floor more thoroughly. I think there's nothing fishy about it. If he would have known what to find in the bedroom I believe he would have sent his friend upstairs while searching the first floor himself because then it's the friend who finds her, you know... (But, I very well think that his mother has something to do with it.)

If I'm giving benefit of the doubt. Let's say they were legitimate clients, (like almost every client is) it would probably look kind of bad if someone's being shown a million dollar home, and the agent's boyfriend is hanging out because she didn't feel "safe". It could come off as insulting, and I'm sure it's not common practice to have some other person hanging out while you're showing a house. There's plenty of weird people who aren't dangerous. It was just that one in a million time that the people were dangerous.

@Music & Whistle msk I was thinking he was a likely suspect until the end when they said he repeatedly offered to show the house for her because she had a bachelorette party to go to that evening. The murder was clearly all planned around the showing of that house based on the ploy the killers ran, so why would he offer to show the house (numerous times) for her so she would have more time to get ready if he wanted 'the mexicans' to kill her in the house. That tidbit goes a long way in exonerating him entirely, not to mention the police also have cleared him as a suspect or person of interest. My conclusion is the boyfriend is most likely innocent.

His Mother had something to do with this. For sure. The call to the friend is so telling, you would have to be a clown to not see it. Why would she put on a fake voice and call the friend? probably because she came across the number and was checking it out to see if it tied to her. Lindsay saw something at work, maybe on a computer, media has painted that woman as evil and I do think she is behind the killing. I pray Lindsay's Father finds peace, he is a beloved Father and has never stopped looking for her killer.
