I've been working with the company for 12 years. I can't say enough nice things about the place. I get to do what I love and get paid for it. My job is to make people happy and deliver them memorable service. I have the best job ever! God bless The Cheesecake Factory ❤️

Well, the Cheesecake factory that I went to didn't get the memo about large portions but they did get the memo about large prices.

Their chicken piccata is the best I ever had. I love most all their food. I’ve never been disappointed in anything that I’ve ordered through the many years I’ve eaten there. I just hope they don’t sell the business to some big corporation, like Maggiano’s, Macaroni Grill and Carrabas did.

I love this restaurant even more now that I know this! This is a great restaurant. The Grilled shrimp and grilled chicken street tacos are Delicious!

Their chocolate tower truffle cake is SUBLIME! And the crispy Brussels sprouts are excellent.

Personal favorites are the Godiva cheesecake, the carrot cake, Kahlua (discontinued) and their avocado rolls. The one in Sherman Oaks is a nice location 'cause you can go watch a movie after having an early dinner.

Mile high meatloaf and Carrot cake and low carb cheesecakes...........😋 Covid-19 caused a reduction of the menu. Grand Luxe Cafe is good as well. One of my favorite restaurants.

Always loved The Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. I now live in Ecuador and would be grateful for one in Cotacachi or Quito.

The fact that I went here last night and it took them 3 and a half hours to deliver 6 meals and the fact that the food was burnt is sad, they only gave my mom 2 free deserts which was crap and took off the bacon burger I ordered. The meal was $149.56

The cheesecake: Meh. The food: Excellent. The bread: OH MY GOODNESS!!! Just keep it coming until I pass out from Carb Poisoning.

I’ve been to CF about every 2 years since about 00’ or 01’.It’s always a special treat. Don’t miss the Tiramisu. Lots of Marscapone & the layer balance ratio are perfect w extra marscapone and it is such a luxurious version. It’s huge. Plenty for 2.

I don’t really like chain restaurants so I’ve only eaten a meal here twice in my life and it wasn’t very good. With that being said, I’ll get dow on the cheesecake any day of the week.

This is my favorite restaurant. It has a lot of haters, but there's more for me. One of the things on my bucket list is to try all of their cheesecakes and every menu item. The new baked rigatoni and coconut cream cheesecake are my favorites now. I am an unsweetened iced tea person (I know), but the most underrated thing on the menu is their tropical iced tea. I have never had an iced tea that I like more.

They forgot to mention the local advertising in their menus. They make great props for English and Business lessons.

I never really liked cheesecake growing up, it wasn't bad it just wasn't my taste. Went to publix and bought some, same thing I've had everytime but then went back to try the cheesecake factory one..... MIND.... BLOWN

Worked there years ago as a bartender at the Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA location. Made great money. Facts...the brown bread is LOADED with sugar. The over-priced cheesecakes are loaded with sugar. The menu is a book because it's packed with product advertisements. The kitchen and bathrooms were always filthy. The food is prepared, in bulk well in advance to being served. The over-worked, stressed out, but well compensated (cars, etc.), managers could care less about the guest experience.

I must be the only person that has been and both times my food and service was terrible and the price is not worth the "hype" this restaurant seems to get. No thanks, I will go somewhere else.

I go there for one dish: the Napolitano spaghetti!

We get the same thing every time, herb crusted salmon and the steak Diane......as time has marched on the sizes have gotten smaller and the prices larger. The cheesecake is pretty good. My mother doesn't eat mushrooms....ever....but she turned around and fell in love with the steak Diane sauce....

I wish they would have sugar free cakes. I went to a local rest. and they made sugar free, it was really good and it didn't make my no. go through the roof. Sad, they closed up, that was the only place that made cheesecakes for diabetic person.

The quality went downhill in the late 90's. You would order and it was on your table in 5 minutes or less, I'm talking about the main course. I'm like " Wow, are you sure this is made to order?". The red velvet cheesecake is my fav and for a slice cost me $13.00. I now make my own. The last time I was at The Cheesecake Factory was in 2013, it's now 2021 and don't plan on going back anytime soon. I think Claim Jumper is way better.

The portions have shrunk; I can finish the meals now.

They’ve definitely down-scaled the portion sizes of the cheesecake itself. 8 years ago on my honeymoon the cheesecake was big enough to share; now it’s just the average size of a regular small cheesecake slice. I get it, it’s a business. Why spend $8 for one piece to share when you can spend $16 for two. Oh and by share I mean eat half one night and the rest the following night. 😆

Funny, usually giant menus are a red flag, like the restaurant cares more about quantity than quality. However, the one time I ate at Cheesecake Factory, I really enjoyed it.

I love CF. Only issue: a few years back they changed their recipe for Cubano/Cuban Sandwich. Instead of thinly sliced roasted pork loin, they started using chunky pulled pork. Destroyed the sandwich. Cannot order it anymore.

My absolute favorite thing to eat at the cheesecake factory are the Thai chicken lettuce wraps. During lockdown I was ordering them to have it delivered at my house.

To celebrate our daughter's birthdays this past May my ex husband treated us all to The Cheesecake Factory up at Palisades Mall in upstate NY. It was my first time ever there. The food was amazing and that brown bread which I thought was pumpernickle was indeed delicious. I actually loved the decor and the restaurant was indeed busy. I would definitely go back.

My OWN cheesecake is as good as the BEST New York Cheesecake in Manhattan, and BETTER than any at The Cheesecake Factory. If I weren't already past my mid-70s, I would seriously open a competitor.

Shanna and I had planned to eat at one of our favorite restaurants, the Winter Park, FL Cheesecake Factory, while in Winter Park before driving to the hospital in Orange City and getting a good update from the day nurse and spending a nice evening with Jim who was in ICU. We were fortunate. CCF was not very busy and there was only a 5 minute wait. But this was simply going to be a pretty terrible experience. Each week I always order my favorite dish, the Avocado Egg Rolls. But that day they were out of them. That was OK, I would FINALLY try something new. I ordered a Spicy Shrimp dish. The server warned us that it was really spicy as several customers had complained. But that was okay as I LOVE spicy. But when it came it tasted like they had poured an entire bottle of Cayenne pepper on it. I couldn't taste the pasta or the shrimp or anything else! It was truly too hot to eat! I thought I would eat it anyway. But when Shanna saw my facial expressions she said, "Mother you pay to enjoy food not endure it! Order something else!" My eyes started watering... my tongue and gums and everything were on fire. So for only the 3rd time in my life I decided to order something else. I ordered a simple Greek Salad. Shanna ate her dinner and 30 minutes passed. The Greek Salad did not arrive. We needed to leave or we were going to miss the nurse's shift change at the hospital. Our server had disappeared. I finally asked to speak to the manager. I told him that we had been seated at 5:30 and told him what had happened. It was now 6:30, Shanna had eaten, I had not gotten my salad, and we needed to get to the hospital! At that very moment the salad finally arrived. I told him we needed to leave. He offered to have it wrapped to go and it would be comped. I told him he didn't need to do that but he insisted. So I told him that would be fine if they could hurry. He said it would only take a few minutes. They took Shanna's card to pay for her meal. That was OK as we needed to leave. 15 minutes later there was still no salad to go and we couldn't leave as Shanna's card was gone. WE NEEDED TO LEAVE!!! Our server had AGAIN disappeared! We finally grabbed another server at 7:00 o'clock. They brought Shanna's card and they had charged us for 2 Greek salads and Shanna's meal. What on Earth??? They had to take the card back to remove the charges for the 2 Greek salads. By the time we got the check and Shanna's card back, the nurse's shift at the hospital had long since changed and we had a 45 minute drive ahead, now in the dark. The hospital visitation registration would be closing at 8:00 for goodness sake, we had a 45 minute drive, and they were strict!!! This had always been one of my favorite restaurants, but at that moment neither of us ever wanted to come here again. As the "attitude" server walked away she looked back over her shoulder and smirked. Have you ever had an experience like that before? The server's name was Amanda. She had the attitude from minute one. Shanna is always a very generous tipper, but she tipped her $1.00 to make a statement. I would have tipped her $.10!!! I decided to write to the CCF cooperate office after being a faithful patron for so many years, but I don't think it will do any good. We have taken sooo many guests there and recommended it to countless others over the years. How many birthday dinners have we spent there??? I did get to eat some bread at the restaurant and had a salad that I could eat later at home that night... But now we simply needed to bee-line it to Orange City and the hospital hoping Jim would still be awake where he had been waiting in the Intensive Care Unit!!!

You left out the extremely... no insanely high levels of sodium nearly every meal has.

They just should not change the menu as often as they do you finally go there wait you're 3 hours to get in minimum and then you get in there and you want your favorite meal from them and it's gone that's why I just don't go there anymore the cheesecake isn't even that good anymore

Based on my experience, they are overpriced and overhyped. The cheesecake is good but I have found their food to be meh. To be fair, the last time I gave them a chance and ate there was almost 20 years ago, so maybe they have gotten better. I just don’t want to waste my time and money being disappointed again.

The cheesecake is ok at best, it's not really that great. That absurd menu/advertisment book is too much. The food is usually pretty good, that bread though is AMAZING.

As long as you dont have an arrogant manager cause that ruins the cheesecake factory. Those kind of manager need to work outside in ditch

The large portions are now just fillers. The amount of chicken in the salads is only half of what it used to be. The rest is just lettuce at same price.
