I get it love...I get it...I recently had a " friend" that said our friendship had come to the end!! Wow! No reason, maybe it was because I couldn't make their sons birthday party..however it still hurts. People are people, some lovely and real, some nasty and sad. Sometimes we become overwhelmed by stuff, and I know $$ have a big part of our concerns..but we move on..right..!? Churchill said,"If you're going through hell, keep going" I love that! I am utterly impressed at how often you post. There's a lot of work that goes into making content. I want to say most people aren't aware that a 10 min video can take hours. From planning, shooting, post editing, and prepping for posting. I believe you put in the work of a small team. And with the demands of people in the comments, that can be really overwhelming. I paused my busy day to watch your video. In the past several months I have come to know you and find you most loving and sincere. You take a personal role in sharing prospective homes in Southern Italy and always include personal thoughts and delights. You seem to have developed a relationship with your viewers (and many of us... have done the same with you). Perhaps it is the unspoken nature of "artistry"... to become connected to others through thoughtful and sincere expression. That seems to be why some artists are widely known and appreciated. Having studied art in Firenze when younger, I came to (inwardly) realize that the "lived" expressions of so many Italian artists had become the conduit by which the knowledge and intimacy of Christianity grew. Before leaving Italy I traveled to Padua to ponder the Scrovegni Chapel. I wanted to understand what made Giotto di Bondone "The Father of Modern Painting". After hours of studying his frescoes (in the blazing heat), I picked up a tiny introduction sitting under a rock at the front desk (embarrassed to resort to a printed introduction sold for 3 Lira). It read: "At the time of Giotto, almost everyone was illiterate..." Rushing back to again view the many depictions on the walls, I realized that he had provided an emotive "slide-show" of the New Testament. His media was richly painted frescoes... yours are many scenes captured on a small camera, and edited thoughtfully on a laptop!

Ciao Fiorella, thanks for sharing all of your stories with us. We all have those days. One thing I learnt recently is that when I am feeling that way it is good to go from moment to moment doing the thing that feels best at that time. Some days it is as simple as changing up my routine or having a piece of cake for breakfast, other times it is a day on the couch watching my favourite things. There are many days in life, we can afford to take a few off to take care of ourselves😊 While it is amazing to find your passion in life that doesn't mean it is always easy :) I too am discovering this right now. I think your videos are amazing. They are unique and beautiful and best of all they are giving me a glimpse into a life I am looking forward to experiencing for myself very soon. We really hope that you continue on your journey educating so many about Italy life! We have been inspired by you and your husband's videos. We just booked our tickets last night for the end of this month to look at houses in the hopes of buying one. As far as the negative people go I just have to believe it's a small minority and mostly we should sympathize with them because most likely they are not happy. We did a video over 2 years ago where we did a surgery on one of our chickens to save its life. We couldn't find any help so we did it ourselves. After a couple of months it had over 400k views. I responded to all who sent messages even the negative ones at first. We did eventually stopped responding to the few negative comments. We can't control others and again I am sympathetic to them. We REALLY ENJOY your videos! We will be looking at houses in Viterbo region, Frosinone region and the area you guys are in. I can't say much about the therapeutic aspects of your video. How to lift your mood with fragrances and teas etc.. But I'm sure you'll find the best solution for yourself... But about the haters... We are living in crazy times and there is a new type of hero: The Internet-Hero He (or she) is sitting in his little dark room in front of his Computer with a face distorted by rage and is typing hate comments with his sweaty fingers. You should only feel sorry for him. Yes, he may wish that you will be falling from the nice little balcony of the little Italian town house you turned into a real gem with the work of your own hands... He will never achieve 10% of that what you already have, because he is wasting his time with his anger driven nonsense. The truth is: Your videos are a piece of art (and of a lot of hard work) and we (my wife and me) are following both of your channels with pure joy! The way you are presenting these properties is refreshing and joyfull and at the same time more professional and more informative than most of the videos produced by professional agencies and you also draw a colourfull picture of the "way of life" in such a small italian village.... Nevertheless some people take the free offer for granted and allow themselves to make cheeky demands. Ignore them! Please keep up the great work!
