Just re-watched James's Day 2 With the Gallardo from 8 years ago where he hits 10k miles, its so crazy to see him now 8 years later doing the same achievement in a Koenigsegg, a true demonstration of hard work and success, love this man's journey.
Actually he really didn't cuz he's say but if he sells the car in a year he would paying, whatever amount he said, umm. 🤔how ru gonna sell a car ur leasing?😂
@@1BlackSheepAgreed. Also, James makes millions of dollars a year to show us how registering, completing emissions testing and getting 2 vehicles stuck and unstuck in the snow, something regular people do all the time for nothing. I learned a lot in this video. 😅
@1BlackSheep Because DDE don't understand is that when you lease a car you just don't turn around and chop it up and think that you own the car when technically your really just borrowing the car until your lease is up and if you decide to buy the car outright but it can also happen is that the car company doesn't have to sell it to you if they don't want to. As for Stradman he is a big risk taker for a particular car like this Koenigsegg he has here. Each to their own but if I were him I would think really hard next time before you pull the trigger on something like this matter because realistically he is not Donald Trump here that he just has money to throw around and just buying or even lease anything that he wants. Remember that he has to work his ass off in order to be able to have all of these toys. Reminds me of DDE also same thing just don't live within their means.
RU-vid couple of the year? I’d vote for you both. The energy you bring when she’s in town is just amped up to another level. She literally brings out the best in you James.
Quick tip- if you need quick grip but don’t have salt use sand, if want to quickly melt some snow and keep it melted for some time use winter washer fluid(works really well)
Love James bro. He’s probably the only millionaire that has a huge car collection, house, and all but still is able to connect to people like us. He is so genuine and simple. Always looking like the happiest man on earth.
Actually, any time of abrasive will eat away at the cement / concrete... just some faster than others. In this situation sand is the best option. Also, as @nighthawk0077 said, any type of sodium / calcium / snow melter will leave a "mark" on the cars unless they hose them down right away.
@@braedonlock3359but if he was broke he also would’ve never found out about her let alone even had a chance 🤷🏽♂️ it’s a give and take scenario but he got the better end of the deal 💪🏽
I suggest that James should install a winch system in his garages so in case one of his cars gets stuck he can just use the winch to pull the cars back to his garages
Tax is theft! Taxed on money you make, taxed on money you spend, taxed on used vehicles that tax has already been paid, taxed on property that you OWN, Taxed on tax returns! Absolute insanity.
DUDE! Why are you not registering the cars in Montana!! No tax, no emissions test, drive your car in Utah with Montana plates. There are tons of businesses that will do it for you. You spend $2k open an LLC and register your car. Ssssoooo many people with super cars do this, including me and friends of mine. Learned this from one of my mentors that lives in Utah.
Pro tip from a Canadian: go to walmart, target, walgreens, wherever and buy a big bag of cheap kitty litter and leave it in the garage. Throw handfuls under the rear tires if you're stuck and amazing things will happen.
what is this even supposed to mean? lol... a koenigsegg and corvette are not comparable lol!!! lmao.... think about the cost of a corvette zr1 and trhen think of a koenigsegg lol!!!! hope this helps you understand a little more about cars
@@fender42421 Joshie I’ll dumb it down for ya, in his previous video he stated he was leasing the car and was paying over 30k a month on said lease. Which is more than every c4 except a zr-1 most base c6s and almost every c5 with some z06s being tbe exceptions. Hope this helps you understand cars
@@Bmstaudy re-read your comment and tell me your telling me something new... i said a koenigsegg cost way more than a corvette.... even leasing it, listen closely now cost more than leasing a corvette zr1.... hope this helps you understand math lol! smh ppl like you crack me up! also he sated the same facts in this video if you paid attention.... dumb it down lol! keep trolling somewhere else... your "thoughts" are not logical and are useless lol
@@Bmstaudy ill dumb down my comment for you... a koenigsegg cost more than a corvette.... especially old ass c4 and c5 lol... hate to inform you but a koenigsegg also cost more than a c8 zr1...... hope you brain catches up with what i am saying.... even leasing.... i bet 30k monthly lease on a koenigsegg is more than the monthly lease on any corvette, lol.... praying for your brain lol math is a thing to stuady baby!
@@fender42421 The Koenigsegg & Corvette C8 are actually very comparable, despite their wildly different price points. Both 2 door Both are Targa Top Both rear mid engine Both V8 Both rear wheel drive Both dual clutch transmission.
Financial analysis adds so much to the channel; we love when you leverage the edu-tainment aspect of your platform! This is the only channel where I've watched every video for the last five years and I'm not even a car geek, just wanted to add the two cents of an edge case fan.
It's funny how everyone made fun of DDE for leasing most of their cars this whole time, Turns out it was just smart the whole time. Weird how it took James doing it to seem smart.
@@1BlackSheepI think to add onto your point it’s because Strad has a background as an accountant so his fans know he’s very good with his financial budgets and managing everything
Maybe but Damon ran a marketing company that was very successful so he ain't no dummy. He made a good amount of money before youtube.@@teganmckechnie3574
@@1BlackSheepdid he really buy the white p1!?😂 ofcourse not because it belongs to uncle's ray collection then he pretend that he actually bought the p1 and sold it because of the insurace cost🤦
STRAD , I absolutely LOVE YOUR KOENIGSEGG AGERA HH 😊, this hypercar speaks volumes about your success and we are proud of you, CONGRATS BROTHER 😫🔥🤝!!!!!!!!!
I love watching your videos. I enjoy your humility and really respect the hard work and sacrifices you have put in to get to this point. I wish you nothing but the best. Oh yeah, one more thing. You need to marry that girl ! The two of you are beautiful souls and it is so heartwarming to see you guys together. My best and prayers for you, James, and Sophia.
James hasn’t changed on us, he’s been transparent with us since day 1 and he continues to be transparent with his viewers. He explained everything well and bro seems happy. Amazing 🐐
@@raindr0p586 what does that have to do with anything? if i have an 83 year old mom how old do you think i am.... keep in mind not all people have kids in their 20's lol....
@@fender42421he asked how old you were because grown ups don’t really just randomly share who they have recently lost. People will give their condolences but it’s better to morn your loss in silence or with your family only. Out of respect for your loved one.
James you did this with the Bugatti. I love your videos but your repeating history. But you and DDE have give so much inspiration to make things work and to keep pushing forward.
Beeing able to afford a Koenigsegg is a flex on its own, having such a special Koenigsegg (HH) is an even bigger flex, But the ultimate flex is being able to basically pay for a whole new car worth every month in payments for your special Koenigsegg Edit: Holy shit I just got a seizure trying to read what i just wrote 😂 hope y’all can still understand what I meant
Man just casually leaves a $5mil dollar car out in the open only behind a 2 inch gapped fence and in the snow. Love this guy, he has no worries in the world even from the beginning.
James, I love watching you with Sophia. Prioritize her, pursue her, and find older people to speak wisdom into your relationship and it’ll last forever! Proud of you
Yeah in the snow it is best if you use high gear low rpm and you`ll be saved if you get stuck in it. You could also buy that snowchain equipment (not the chain but those plastic plates hooked to each other) that you just attach to the wheels and make it inside your garage.
Have a bucket of gravel that is inside the heat, when gravel is needed, you put gravel behind the rear wheels to get grip. NEVER use salt, because the salt that mixes in the snow and settles on the car causes damage to the paintwork and the possibility of rust under the car and in the wheel arches. In Sweden, this had never happened with the car, as in Sweden it is legal to drive with studded tires.
It is legal to drive with studded tires in eastern to central europe too you just need a little bit of a convincing material aka money Note: this excludes germany and austria and also this comment was made as a joke
you already got your dream house, dream hypercar, cutest & fluffiest dog, and a beautiful car enthusiast girlfriend. what more could you ask for? a supercar-themed wedding, perhaps? 👀
Sometimes its rough, being an Altima owner we get looped into the stereotype, but when it comes to maintenance and gas mileage, I can live with the stereotype
I really don't know how you do it, why you do it, but, I love love you strad. Been following you since 2016....seen you go from being here to up there, happy for you my man.
WOH Stradman... what! thank-you for your business advice! As a new entrepreneur I'm trying to learn the ropes and one of the new hurdles is financing and understanding that "buying" isn't always the best option once these prices and payment are $$$$$ like equipment, cars, trucks, ect. i'm trying to buy a piece of equipment and i can "rent" to own or buy outright and honestly you just gave me the "lease", "rent to own" and out right own into three light and totally justified why i would want to lease or rent to own a vehicle or equipment which value may fluctuate and selling or trading might become an option! I had not thought of it that way and this actually helped in many ways solve a few holes in the business plan with the finances! "going into business i'm a bit nervous!"
get track pads like 200$ on amason some interlink and have grip top and bottom to avoid sending it flying into the car. also investing in that snow plow even a mini one will be WAAAAAY better than the salt that will rust everything. i carry a bag a sand for that and i use sand to get traction on ice and packed snow. sand cleans salt erodes.
