Mate.... just saw this. By FAR the most informative and well explained car maintenance vid I've seen. By putting it up on the hoist and showing/explaining the parts and problems... your giving us 'normal/unmechanical' types an insight that we just don't typically get to see. Crawling underneath in the driveway and guessing what's what will never be the same again! Fantastic video and really appreciate you posting it up for everyone. Now I'm going to find/watch Part 1 :). I get off-road a bit fishing/camping but I'm no mechanic... so even your simple description of the various parts underneath the vehicle are extremely useful.... not to mention your diagnosis/fault finding etc.. You've got me as a subscriber. If I ever get down your way I'll be booking the FJ in for a service as well! Cheers. Robbo
Thanks a lot,we have a 120 series V6 and your Prado videos have only just started to come up on my RU-vid. Up till now it's been U.S. 4 Runner,FJ and Tacoma posts to learn from on the most part. Great to see some really useful stuff to watch out for. Now subscribed.
yeah nice video. looks as simple as this: owner had been taking it offroad and didn't give a crap about servicing, any car that old with that many KMs would be the same if not worse. Also I have just purchased a 2003 v6....mate i wish you could see this car, BADA BING BADA BOOM bloody so well looked after inside and out. 245kms and my brother and i dropped the oil pick-up after watching another of your videos.......Sooooooo clean.....sooooo happy. just going to continue to check off the list of servicing needs one at a time. keep up the awesome videos...
