Hey guys hopefully you see this comment! It's about the levitation thing. So I think I know what Brett means except it's not literal levitation like he was trying to explain. I'd say if you guys wanna practice this, start practicing before you fall asleep (so you'll be laying down). I've done it once without even planning to practice but was able to actively do it. I will try my best to describe the feeling but it's like your lifting out of your body or maybe you can think of it as you're being pulled by a magnet except you can control it too by just putting a little focus into the feeling. It was definitely interesting when it happened to me. Just felt like I was lifting another body if you wanna put it that way too. The "I" which is "YOU", not the character you're playing which is your name and personality. So go ahead and try it out! Wanted to respond about the meditation thing and emptying your mind until you see nothing. I've only experienced this once as well and it was actually one of the first times I've ever meditated. I was laying down in bed. Hands and such were tingly as I was breathing deeply. Just kept breathing and then my mind went black for a second. I dont know how long it took but I know it was less than an hour in. It just happens naturally I suppose. I don't think there's any tips or tricks. Otherwise, a good exercise for memory improvement and healing is to meditate (probably with eyes closed) and think of a childhood/teenager memory (or I suppose any emotional memory) wether it be with a loved one or alone, and slowly just play the memory out like you're watching a video or a movie. You'll remember details vividly (or somewhat blurry like you're dreaming. How it is for me) and it may bring up some tears or sadness or pain of some sort or happiness too. It's really healthy and healing in my opinion to practice this! Give yourself the time of day. ❤
