Interesting to see them all these years later. One of our TV stations has been screening The Virginian (and Wagon Train) at 6.00 am each day. I haven't yet missed an episode. I really enjoy these old westerns.
Bet James is watching himself in these films and saying, wow, those were the days. Wish I was that young again. He is a great man and actor. I sure wish I could have gone to one of his conventions to see him. Even now he is mesmerizing.
All my life James Drury has been a man's man/a gentleman the way a true man should present himself and the way men should treat women. I've always watched western movies and love the fact we can re-live times from the past that are much more pleasant and entertaining that things on TV today. My 4 yr old grandson loves Trampus.
Yes, when TV was worth watching. Some of the stuff now is dreadful but then I am biased because I love westerns and they are not PC for modern audiences.
