Drewski is a good player and knows his stuff about weapons, but unfortunately he lacks a lot of knowledge about the game, not the best to do guides for this game. But there are tons and tons of other guides out there :)

I thought the same thing lol. As a level 28 I can say I still die more than I feel I should. Still struggle taking on multiple opponents and I feel I never survive nearly as many shots as some of these streamers lmao

as someone who has been on this for years, you two must be new. not a bad thing, but it means you lack sufficient map knowledge and awareness, understanding of audio cues, confident ability of weapon handling, assessing matchups and general engagement approaches in tarkov (some or all of these). best way to get better at this.. run at players and fight... and lose. but youll have to learn eventually

@@brycewarburton4043 I'm not really new I just dont have the time anymore to refine my skills. I do good enough though. Had two straight weeks of death. I think I extracted twice. (I don't play all week though) Then last time I played I killed 5 players and didn't die once in 3 PMC runs. That's tarkov 😂

Irl the only difference is that Vals have the side folder stocks while also being used with the 20 round mags more commonly, and the VSS will have better quality barrels and parts as well as a scope

@@KamikaziSpud wow what an amazing and intelligent rebuttal thank you. I couldn't disagree more. Fortnite's underlying theme is kill or be killed, loot and destroy at all costs, last man standing. Sure the violence is cartoon, but the ideology is very adult. It's PUBG for kids. You can't teach mercy when the only objective is sole survivor. Tarkov is a military strategy game. It teaches tactic, team work, communication, discipline. Honor is what our clan teaches them. Showing mercy and taking the high road if the opportunity exists. Is there looting? Certainly, but at least it's tied to an economic return and necessity. I teach my boys gun safety, muzzle discipline both in game and in real life at the range. Both of them are extremely respectful and highly trained. You're welcome society.

I mean I dont know what drewski is talking about when he says that the lvl 15 guys are so geared, when they have a lvl 2 armor and stock mp5 worth like 20k rubels. The P90 was found in raid, he picked that up in marked room most likely, and same with the guy that had BP ammo, im very confused as to how Drewski didnt understand that he just found those bullets, he didnt bring them in the raid.

Similar price but the gun takes more space or just because it's not worth the inventory management. The helmet also has more use cases post raid as its a good budget helmet with high ricochet chance.

The vss and the as val is identical in stats and mag capacity only that the as val is slightly more moddable and that it costs 3x the price of a vss

@@hoardingapples7083 also as val levels assault rifle skill, so it benefits from the reduced recoil of that skill...while vss levels your dmr skill and thus doesnt benefit from said skill

The game is perfect No open world needed. Games like dayz end up becoming buggy and clunky as shit Eft is simple. It aims to integrate tactical value to its game play, immersion and ultimately, lots of intense fighting. That's why it's different from buggy games like scum, dayz, deadside, rust or pubg

@@tranglomango Well, the devs want an open world. It's what they wanted from the beginning. I know what you're saying, but, it's ultimately up to the devs whether or not they go through with it. If they do, they certainly are going in a different direction from those other games. Choosing to work on several small bits first, before tying it all together. And, with how open world games are loaded, and how slow the movement in the game is, it should be rather simple to implement it without too much trouble. The problem would come with overloading the servers. But, those can be upgraded.

Yeah exactly, if you have the drop on a guy at medium range with a basically stock ADAR, with good ammo you have a very good chance of taking him out and taking his loot. With bad ammo you are going to be fucked if it is a semi-geared player.

Why does the game do that?? I removed “quick reload” because of the game dropping the mag but even tho I removed quick reload to some random keybind on my keyboard he still drops it every once in awhile. Do you know why? Maybe a bug?

​@@chrislobo7945 If there is no empty slot in your rig when you reload, the mag will not have anywhere to go in your rig and your character will automatically do a "fast-reload", making you drop the mag. As far as i understood.

WolF I think ur right but I feel like there’s times my rig has slots and he throws it. I did play a few hours today and he never did it so maybe that was the case those few times. I still double check everytime tho lol

Yeah, Dovetail is about 100M zero, B-3 is 25, if i remember? its all kinds of fucked. Well, with SP-6 anyways.

I've been saying the zeroing is wrong and fake pointless shit for two years. Veritas makes one video and now suddenly the world says zeroing is wrong. I shouldn't be annoyed because now it'll get fixed but I am annoyed because everyone was so far up Nikita's ass saying "that's how zeroing works" without having a single fucking clue about firearms. Now all those people are suddenly all in agreement?

@@ThePvthfinder good for you? not everyone is so obsessed with a content creator, they think its the only source of information. Anyone with half a brain & working eyes could tell you the FoV/zeroing is fucked just from playing, because the zeroing is defaulted to the original FoV, not the player-set ones. But yes, you keep being pissy because 'reee! someone i follow made a video on it and now more people know!' And No, the zeroing isnt 'fake pointless bullshit' either, but if you spent 5 minutes playing with different FoV settings, instead of crying on youtube comments, you'd know this.

You lose your stuff if you die, so you are constantly buying new gear sets, guns/armor/ammo and such. There are other money outlets like some of the quests or upgrading your hideout which can give you crafting options/stash space/quicker regen out of raid. Scav bosses randomly appear on their map, I believe all of them have something like a 33% chance of spawning.

@@baconeater5557 But you only lose what you take and what you acquire on that raid - right? Someone like Drewski he should have a ton of crap from the raids he has done.

@@311hitwall yeah you only lose what you take. And you can insure it, if another player doesnt take it out of the raid then you get it back. Keep in mind Drewski has a financial interest in posting enjoyable content, raids where you just get randomly one tapped by a player scav dont tend to look as enjoyable so they dont get posted but it happens to everyone. That said my experience is the economy is fairly forgiving and anyone that is decent at the game will get more money than they need. If Drew plays the game a lot it wouldnt shock me if he had more money than he could really use. It takes a long time to burn through all the hideout/quest moneysinks though.
