The W'adrhun- Conquest Lore 

I was a player who finally had enough with GW and switched to Conquest. The game is awesome. The amount of customization for your army is quite a breath of fresh air. They have a new update coming out in a couple weeks or so, that will add even more to the game. Best of all it is free on their website. No more $40+ book after book after book for me.

A big part of it is the Conquest world is basically the Warhammer Fantasy world if it wasn’t dumb. The Warhammer world was so similar to real life Earth that it was actually sometimes kind of lame or cringey. Eä meanwhile does have its Viking analogues in the North, their HRE+France in the center-west, and their Byzantines and Greeks in the south-East, but the world and its factions aren’t simply “[real life culture], but fantasy” and the setting is richer for it.

@@onua2012sga its so similar when you ignore all the super fantasy aspects and hyper focus on the inspiration. This isn't really criticism as it's not really true

@@francoissavard5893 You can debate rules , but price is about the same . Bow chosen $75 , ice giant $108 . Ya it's GW price , and don't even go , but the models look amazing . That's the same excuse GW fan boys make .
