And not to mention, Ben only gave those save-lots bandits their motel supplies because he thought they had his friend after being told by said bandits, but by the time he realized they didn’t have him, it was too late for him to rectify his mistake.
Season 1 is gonna always be better than other seasons ,nothing can change that.I have finished all twd series but none of them is like season 1.Thank you telltale for all.
Season one is so unique because its was made by the people who's left TellTale Games after season one wss made. Cuz they thinked that this was the first and last game is the series, that why it was called "The Walking Dead: The Game" and not Season one, amd that why most of the options affect next episodes fo the season one even the small details. Sorry for bad english
I don't understand why people keep saying "Choices doesn't matter" Look at this! The Biggest thing for me is Kenny's Relationship. Because I'm Loyal and I like Kenny I always Side with him. And if you don't side with him Once he has Doubts About coming with you. There are some choices that doesn't Effect Your Relationship with him and I love that! The one thing which is BS is that he gets An Angry Expression when you side with him Everytime except once, but if you side with him a Few times he is Like Sorry, but not if you do it Everytime Except Once or Twice. Looked out for yourself
@@MariusBoss11458 Here's some very neat details in Season 1 that you may not know about (this is for fun, not to insult you): If you beat Molly in a fight in Episode 4, but haven't killed Larry and the St. John Brothers, Clementine will scream "Lee!" When he's on top of Molly, because she thinks he'll kill her. But if you killed one or all of the aforementioned people, Clementine will say "Lee" in a depressed voice, as if she knows deep down he'll kill Molly without hesitation. If you calmly took the gun from Vernon and threatened them when Brie said, "Why should we help you?" Vernon will call Lee's bluff and force Lee to either lie to them or say, "I need to get back to Clementine." The game will also list you as you threatened Vernon, despite Vernon calling your bluff. In Shel's story, Vernon's group will mention who was guarding the boat. They're reference Ben as 'teenage kid' and Kenny as 'mustache man.' I forgot what they called Christa and Omid. (Not counting Episode 1) Lilly or Kenny saves Lee's life twice, depending on if you killed Larry or not. Lilly saves you from Danny and Andrew St. John if you tried to save Larry, and if you killed Larry, Kenny saves you from Danny and saves you from walkers at the start of Episode 3. You can leave Duck to die in the woods if you tell Kenny to shoot him and don't say anything in Episode 3, when Duck was against the tree and Katjaa dead. Kenny's entire mood and behavior in Episode 3 is dependent on what whether you killed Larry or not. Kenny will call Lee a friend or asshole after he saves Lee life in Episode 1, if you stood by his side or not when Larry was trying to throw Duck out. Staying neutral in Episode 2 when Lilly and Kenny are arguing will make Lilly believe you are on her side, and reward you Kenny points in the point system for Kenny. In the very first minutes of Episode 1, when the cop car is passing by a truck, the man in the truck is the Stranger (I believe it is, we only see the side of his face).

The Slashers Fan because kenny saw how much Ben screwed up so it would make sense to see him not with the boat which in Kennys eyes was considered disturbed
@@AgentVector13 yea I feel bad for ben too and I really care about and id 100% bring him with me to find clem but i mean the way the game couldve made sense was to leave him behind in the mansion
Say what you want about Telltale _now,_ but the level of dedication and attention to detail they put into Season 1 is extremely commendable. And people wonder why no other entry they put out after it matched their first masterpiece - because they got lazy, they got complacent, the passion wasn't exactly there anymore. And this isn't to say I don't love Season 2, or 400 Days, or the Michonne mini-series. This isn't to say I didn't somewhat enjoy A New Frontier, and this isn't to say I don't love The Final Season (personally, The Final Season has made a VERY strong start, and I think it'll stand next to Season 1 as being the second best entry). But Season 1 just...has that "magical" quality, the kind of rare quality where it doesn't matter how much time has passed, it'll never NOT be timeless.
@@DarkOps4 And for the most part, I think Telltale did a generally good job building on Season 1's story. Season 2 is a good game, despite the slightly aimless plot with a less developed but still likeable supporting cast (Kenny being a phenomenal deuteragonist). A New Frontier could have been _way_ better, the story was all over the place and extremely weak (with small moments of actual decent writing here or there), the support cast was even weaker than S2's, and Gabe drags it down tremendously (shitty ass character that was). I admit to hating on it more than it deserved, but it still tried something new, and still somewhat moved Clementine's story forward. The Final Season has pretty much redeemed Telltale and their last game in my eyes. Clem is protagonist again, the story feels like it's going somewhere, all the characters are developed, it makes the last few seasons feel like they matter now since it's coming to.a close, I love AJ's character, and it feels like a proper sequel to Season 2, unlike A New Frontier, which felt like a spinoff instead. Only thing I hate is that it's ending, and they might kill Clem off which makes me go insane, but I'm not going anywhere until I see how it ends.
@FlyingSpaceKatt Gary Whitta is his name. One good writer can make all the difference in the world. The second I saw his name attached to Season 1, most of my doubts were set on fire.
@FlyingSpaceKatt If they're going to off Clem, determinant or not, it needs to be done with as much care and love as they did with Lee's send off. It _cannot_ be half assed and rushed out the door with glue and tape like Kenny's S3 death (which was, to be as nice as possible, absolutely and utterly abysmal and fucking disgustingly atrocious). Lee's death is powerful, iconic, and one of the most defining moments in this whole franchise, really (I hope Rick in the comic and show gets a death _that_ moving, especially the show since Andrew Lincoln - Rick's actor - is quitting the show soon). I would love a happy, or more hopeful ending. If both Clem and AJ can survive the game, I make that as my canon, just like how I made leaving away from Wellington with Kenny is my canon. I for one hope they don't touch AJ at all, though. Telltale expressed they don't mind returning to TWDG in the future. I already love the little guy, so following him as a potential protagonist after Clementine for whatever story they choose wouldn't be met with not one bad word from me. You have all these other shitty FPS games cashing in on this franchise...but Telltale is pretty much the ONLY company that, more or less, _understands_ TWD at it's core. I wanna see more.
Yeah I agree, I mean I can see why the first season was such a success for them, hard to top it. Although I loved 400 days, I liked that kind of anthology setup.
I love how people expect Ben to take on at least 4 people by himself and get mad when he fails. People are witch-hunting for reasons to hate him for at this point.

If anyone is reading this, I’ve posted a time stamp of the possible outcomes of what happened when Lee ( 1, 2, or the entire group if they went with him) returns only to discover the boat is gone. Enjoy
4:40 I’ve always loved Christa. Always so rational thinking in tense situations the group was in. She made a good point…they still fucked up but she still saw it from their prospective. Sad she didn’t appear more in Season 2. She’s was with Clem for 2 whole years
Kind of wish Kenny could have said to Ben, "So, Lilly should have kicked you from the RV when she had the chance. She and Carley/Doug would be here, and you would be rotting somewhere". Or "So, I should have listened to Lilly to kick you out when I had the chance. Despite our dispute, she is a far greater addition to this group than you ever will be".
4:40 I always loved Christa. In the argument, she clearly doesn’t agree with what they did, but still sees it from the “invalids” perspective and tries to come to a common consensus.
To everyone who's confused about Omid and Christa staying behind and showed the bite, kept arm/removed arm: If you show the bite to the group, Omid and Christa will come with you regardless despite your minor hostility towards them. Even if you say, "I don't think it's a good idea.", if you hide the bite and have Clementine brought to Crawford, they'll stay behind.
@@goj-bh1cm Please Tell me it's True! I have the Definitive Edition. I don't wanna try out and realise it doesn't works. I'm still Playing my "First" Playthrough. I said it like that because I played the Collection. And I saw many Playthrough's.
@alfiebell5032 No one knew that Crawford had already fallen at that point. So with the assumption of Crawford still standing, Lee brought Clementine to Crawford knowing full well that she could die because of her child status.
I just realized its been more than 8 years since this incredible game released .. Never played it but watched it like a movie on youtube... Got freakin attached to all characters specially to lee and clemmy... Your video is awesome... This shows how much different choices mattered back in the day
I felt so awful not seeing Ben there, the choices I would’ve made were bring everyone except Kenny, I like him he’s a cool guy but I don’t agree on all the choices he makes leading up to that point
Vernon paid for what he did too. Not to mention half the people that he took with him. Imagine lol if they did catch up to Vernon and his group. I liked Christa's optimism when Lee revealed his bite.
@@AntonioMartinez-gv4ng Vernon isn't confirmed dead. Yes, one of the cancer patients said "We lost Brie, then Vernon to that damn boat". However, it seems like Vernon abandoned everyone else or no one wanted to come because they didn't agree with what Vernon did. It seems like Vernon just left on the boat alone.
lol i love how even if you leave the entire crew behind to guard the boat they still get their asses handed to them by 80 year old cancer patients 😂😂😂😂
What i find interesting is that if someone stays behind then the patients are bad enough to lock them in the garage, but if they all go then they are kind enough to leave a note for them.
One difference I noticed is that in the attic, when Lee hears Clementine in the radio, if you kept the arm, Lee passes out. If you cut the arm, Lee stays on his feet and nearly tumbles.
To be honest I was okay with them taking the boat because I don't think lee and the group would have survived and look we hear in 400 days Vernon died because of the boat so even if lee wasn't bitten and Clem wasn't taken they all still would have died
Don't worry guys Vernon is dead, and they didn't show it, but I know it, they don't have much experience with guns or survival without Lee they would have been all dead.
I refuse to believe they were armed or capable of beating all of them up. First I believe the only gun they had was Vernon’s which Lee had taken because if they had other guns they would have pulled them out if and when Lee threatened them. Also we never saw them re-arm themselves as none of them came to Crawford and Vernon only went for medicine. Then you have to remember who was left: Old Lady ~ completely useless in a fight Older black man ~ more useful than the lady but still unable to match Kenny especially since it’s implied that he was also sick. A counter argument here is that he felt better after receiving medicine but Vernon had only just returned and people that old and sick do not get better after taking medicine only 6 hours ago. Vernon ~ probably around ben/omid strength Young black man ~ besides vernon the only one who could put up a fight That said Lee’s group 4/5 had guns as we see in this episode and were overall healthier and younger. It is high implausible that they could have lost to such a pathetic group of invalids.
Vernon and the cancer patients stole the group's boat. Why?! How did this happened? But i thought the guy on radio stole it... Or... Clementine stole it...? But i don't think she did that.
@dnm104 can you please do a video where each group member discovers the bite on Lee’s wrist in the morgue after he passed out if you hide the bite and brought anyone with you to find Clementine and their reaction to discovering it, First Kenny, then Ben, now Christa and Omid?
Also "I might still be fucked but honestly I feel better." Thanks to Season 4, it retroactively confirmed Lee died from blood lost if his arm was cut off instead.
@@Bithe_Get Well, Clem cut her leg after it was, at most, an hour (not officially confirmed, just speculated). Lee got bit in the morning he woke up to look for Clem, and judging by the lighting outside when he and the group reached Vernon's hideout (which is a considerable distance), it looked to be late morning/early afternoon, so that's got to be a least 3 to 4 hours after he got bit. I'm not sure how long you have to wait before the infection spreads to where it's too late, but I think you're boned after three hours of getting bit. Blood loss probably contributed towards his death with the bite (assuming he cut it off just in the nick of time). Being bitten takes a lot of a person, so Lee's body probably couldn't handle the blood loss, thus killing him. It's honestly either way, blood loss or waited too long to cut the arm.
I wish if you went alone they could have something happen where maybe the group fends off Vernon but the boat gets damaged or they steal the battery and gas.
Tbh I never thought The boat would be a good idea i know Kenny argues with you if you tell him its a bad idea because hes a fisherman and he lived for boats.. but unless its a yacht i think its a terrible idea and heres why #1 There would be no room for 5 or 4 people to sleep on the boat #2 Eventually the boat would run out of Gas and possibly leave the whole group stranded in the middle or the ocean #3 without fishing poles what good is the boat if you cant catch fish to eat? Last but not least #4 A Boat is loud There could be a high chance of getting swarmed by zombies if they took a boat to the edge of the beach, because of the sound of the engine and without guns or weapons they would screwed.
Kenny planned on taking the group somewhere, so I don't think they planned to sleep on it. Lee has the option to tell Clementine, "Wherever Kenny says." whenever she asks where they were going when Kenny was getting the boat. I guess the plan was to find an island to inhabit, hoping that there were no walkers there. They got plenty of gas from Crawford.
@@Kenny-ep2nf Clementine was at a lake. Kenny would've taken everyone to the ocean. I'm not sure how they'd get to a lake on the other side of Georgia.
