Fans really just don’t like the player once they sign with the Warriors let’s call it what it is. Grizz fans loved De’Anthony Melton and Kyle Anderson. Lakers fans been wanting Buddy Hield for YEARS. But now that they’re all on the Warriors, it’s “Bruh Warriors are cooked 💀”
At his prime, I tend to agree. But unfortunately he’s not in his prime anymore. Even he knows that. If he was, there’s no way he would accept 50 mil over three years.
Kerr needs to push the young dudes to drive to the paint more and drag defenses in to open up for buddy and Steph will always be dangerous off of screens. Fingers crossed for us!! I’m excited to watch Klay be happy again sometimes when you’re sad you have to find happiness in other peoples joy.
I think with Denver losing KCP, Clippers losing PG - the west has become more competitive. I like our chances next season. If we get Lauri , we are serious contenders.
@@toddpacker1015 lol says the guy where there was no winning culture in that organization… they usually blame the player instead of the coaching staff or development teams
I definitely like this pick up! Was a fan of em when he was a Sacramento King. But I’ll definitely miss Klay unfortunately he jus ain’t the same player no more
Only bad thing is Buddy sometimes become unplayable due to his defensive liability especially come playoff times but hey Buddy is the perfect replacement for Klay
i think the biggest plus for him is that he doesnt have that ego and entitlement and crybaby attitude klay has, hopefully draymond wont waste this next season this time
+ barely any in the comments which makes less sense? if "Buddy came here to learn" means "came here wanting to learn to play D", then I'm all for this ... Anything less = I'm not. The Dubs need full-time total commitment on DEFENSE.
Backcourt defense might be a little thin. But let's be honest. It was a little thin with post-injury Klay, too. Buddy will be fun to cheer for. It's almost a redemption tour for him. I think he got undervalued. He'll have a chance to prove the point.
I said that CP3 would ruin the chemistry of the Warriors, and here we are. Warriors need to offload CP3 to whoever will take him; as long as he is on the team, the Warriors ain’t doin nuthin.
@@jaycubayo Lol, I guess I’m a little out of the loop 😄. Well that’s good for the Warriors, but no good for the Spurs; I can’t see CP3 falling in-line with Pop and the Spurs system. CP3 should be on some total dud team with no real hope for the future, like the Wizards, Trailblazers, Rockets, etc. He can make a team like that a lot better, but any team that is planning to do big things, or that relies heavily on chemistry, or that is trying to build a solid core, needs to forget about Chris Paul.
@@kadengundersen498 If there was no CP3, the rest of the bench would’ve performed better. If you have a team that is all about talent, CP3 can be a valuable piece; but if you have a team built around chemistry, you don’t want CP3 on that team. I wouldn’t be surprised if Chris Paul is traded mid-season, he doesn’t belong on the Spurs. I could see him being a benefit to the King’s and a couple other so-so teams, but he is not a Spur’s type of player.
As good of a shooter and passer as Buddy is, why not start Buddy next to Curry? Why not give Buddy more minutes to increase his points per game? Is his defense that bad, that he cannot start?
Both Buddy and Lindy Waters are pure shooters that will fit the system flawlessly. But if Franz just got 224 mil for 5 yrs, idk what we'd have left to offer JK... Hope Dunleavy can make some cap gymnastics happen 🙏 😅
The problem with the Warriors is when you screw up in the top 3 in the draft, it sets your program back at least 4 years. 2022 was an improbable championship. The James Wiseman pick and flame out is the reason the Warriors have been mediocre in ‘23 and ‘24 and probably ‘25. That bust of a pick is still resonating.
We got tjd looney and post then our forwards are Kyle draymond wiggs and kuminga all around 6’6-7’0 we got size now if you mean a true 7 footer with experience then we need one
not surprised if curry was not number 1, because he was the target of constant blitzing, that he had to pass the ball. but it's amazing that he still managed to be number 2!
