GPU is dead, do not expect any gameplay videos in near future unless i manage to make something with what i have on my hard drive. Music in the vid: • Vendla - Blues for Mar...
This is probably one and only video about differences between Corsairs - 1X, which is explained so good, it's really useful and good content, keep it up, and I waiting for next vid! :^)
Meanwhile here I am with the Corsair F Mk II being my favorite. I know it is arguably worse than all the other F4U-1s but perhaps that's why I enjoy it... The F4U-1D at Rank III whilst being 3.0 is very good for BP and Event grinding if you don't want to grind at the higher, shit-fest BRs.
That explains why the corsair 1s feel idk similar? Funny how the lower tier ones are performance-wise better than the higher tier ones (slightly, kinda)
I favourite the USMC at 3.3. IMO its's not only about hp, but also power to weight, USMC seems to turn better and holds energy better than 1A, w/o he tailhook.
I know, but again, as it's explained in the video, the USMC is only 30kg lighter. This is a < 1% difference, the "feeling" that they're different is mainly a placebo if i had to bet.
@@Gl1tchman My theory is that when turning, the A1 has to overcome more leverage, as the taillhook isn't center mass. Opposite for the USMC, lighter tail, less leverage, and better weight distribution towards the center. On the other hand this might be complete bs, as I'm not an engineer or have a degree in physics, neither do I know how accurate FMs in War Thunder are. So either placebo, or the Gaijin factor.
It's just an F4U-4B. Very good performance, however compresses quite hard - so you have to pick your attacks a bit more cauciously. The guns work and turn below 400kph is above average. It's probably one of the best 5.7s and definietly a good grinder.
Maan i got so used to how the f4u-1a flew and then I decided to go over to the jap f4u and it just completely annoyed me with how "different" it felt? stats wise I'm better innit but that's probably only because I've gotten better at the f4u before starting to fly that one.. It feels less agile and less nimble, and sometimes as if it is bigger on your monitor (like that annoying zoom in when you airbrake) idk if there are any real differences other than the same ones you pointed out with the 1A vs D
2060 super, no clue why, i guess i've just been using it rather hard and quite a lot. Right now i am using AMD Radeon R9 200, which is like 8 years old by now, so yeah, could be better, but i am not putting my saved up money into GPU just so i can play WT in good quality.
@@shrekrecker i am planning on selling it since it's still kinda alive - throws a lot of artifacts and sometimes crashes, but still, some people just buy ones like that to temporarily repair and sell them to someome else. There is a possibility that one of my mates will send me his old 1070ti soon - so i might have something decent to work with.
@@Gl1tchman Hey, have you tried undervolting and reducing the clocks on it? Assume you already have a new one considering new videos have been released :D
I feel like the -1D flies better than the -1As even if they have the same powerplant. Better turn and energy retention (aka "improved aerodynamics"). Thoughts?
@Glitched The difference in max fuel load is probably something noticeable as it is about 300 kilograms difference, but if you only take 25% of that, because min fuel load, it again seem to become insignificant.
