@@maxliu7576 what do you mean ? kelvin is it's own unit, and degrees alone means nothing. Though a difference of 1 Kelvin is equal to a difference of 1 degree Celsius, 97 Kelvins is equal to -176.15 degrees Celsius

@Frank Scott yeah but in Florida the humidity makes the somewhat lower degrees feel hotter than they actually are (so 97 degrees can feel like 110). The other states you mentioned do not have nearly the level of condensation that Florida has. Heat + humidity makes it more unbearable.
