Hitting a moving target is extremely hard to do which is why drive-by's usually kill innocent bystanders because they either miss the intended target or hit more than the target.
Not just the target is moving, but while riding, the target is not only moving - relative to the vehicle, even when otherwise still - but the shifting and bouncing of the vehicle makes maintaining steady positioning of the weapon impossible, I heard.
To be fair the people who invented drive bys (the colombians) had high powered automatic sub machine guns... so drive by was a way more feasible option.
A drive by isn't going to be effective with a pistol unless you're a true Marksman. Now spraying a Machine Gun when you have a 100 rounds to spare is a different ball game law of averages says you're gonna more likely than not hit your disired target

Drive bys were never meant to be an efficient way to kill rivals only more like to send a message or basically just a method to terrorize them quickly with min risk.

Interesring fact, the sideways holding of a gun is on purpose on tv, as you can not aim well. It is so pepole will copy this sytle and be less likely to hit anyone.
And that's the problem with drive bys.. cuz in real life it would've most likely been "damn we aint een hit now one of em" til they watched the news later on n found that they actually hit multiple people. Wouldn't have been the ones they were aiming for but the old lady and few children that were at home minding their business would've got u the business. So yea snoop was half right
They did stop like the in this scene but she didn’t have no automatic , yea she hit dude but she was shooting all crazy. they didn’t know they where goin to flush her out and get picked up for a 4th and 5th season. that why the 3rd season so good
