I get the winter depression spikes, I've moved to a place where winter is from November to the end of March and it's just gross. I'm not used to these temps and this much snow. So I don't go out as often as I'd like and my depression has been bad. We are finally getting above freezing for longer than a few days next week, so I'm praying we are finally breaking out of the cold. Keep going and take your time! No need to push things you aren't good for in those moods!
