There’s a famous story about how in order to get in even better shape Hugh went to The Rock for workout tips, they were in Dwayne’s trailer and when a PA called him to come to set The Rock got out and said “Tell them to hold on, I’m giving Wolverine workout advice”.🤣🤣
The idea of a Wolverine that isn't able to fully heal in an unknown land is great. While the movie itself isn't perfect it was definitely a step up from Origins. I can't wait for Logan
This film is, for me, one of the best Wolverine films, because in addition to him going to Japan to face the takuza, we also see him throughout the film facing his traumas but in the end breaking free and moving on! Arigatõ girls for their choice of film.❤
This sure is a solid movie and a solid watch. The visuals are great, and the Japan theme and setting was also incredible. James Mangold's directorial vision shined
*36:19* Archive audio of *Lynn Collins* from *X-Men Origins: Wolverine* is used to represent her character *Kayla Silverfox* during a dream had by *Logan.*
The Wolverine comics in Japan are one of my favorites, this movie has many references to that, I love The Battle against the Silver Samurai, “The Wolverine” is a great movie, I love that you girls enjoyed it. 😎💥🇯🇵 Obicham Te Magy! ❤️
1:25 that opening scene really gives you a different perspective of "Oppenheimer" and it clearly shows us when Yashida's obsession with Logan's powers began. 2:15 Jean constantly haunting Logan throughout the movie makes for such harrowing scenes. 3:15 Both Logan and his teddybear companion marking their territory - one with claws, the other in a more traditional way. 6:30 if you remember from both the original X-Men trilogy and the X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Logan is never excited about flying 😂 9:32 Logan is right but Yashida can't understand that since he's only lived one life. If he had to watch his loved ones grow old and die, several times over, maybe he would change his views and stop coveting Logan's gift/curse. 18:55 she can not only poison people but also cure them of said poison with just a breath - that makes her even more dangerous, giving her a lot of leverage over other people. 23:25 his guilt, his love for her - all those feelings are personified as Jean. 28:03 the moment we find out Mariko's father was trying to do the right thing, despite being a raging asshole the entire time. 30:14 yea that's an image nobody ever wants to see, creepy as hell. Logan's confidence in his surgeon skills are insane! 35:24 nobody can blame you, Magy, after seeing the machine turning ninjas into bloodmist. 37:01 Viper played Logan until the very end, as slimy as she was throughout the movie, she was one menacing villain. 38:23 that time of the month but on steroids... 39:46 Logan's claws really got done dirty in this movie. 44:35 Gandalf is back, as charming as ever! Seeing Charles and Erik back, enlisting Logan to help stop whatever calamity is coming next - excellent post credits scene. Thank you for the great commentary/discussion and the beautiful reaction ❤
There are some episodes of the 90's animated series which feel SOO MUCH like this movie in terns of visual style and tone. Episodes where Logan is out of his yellow costume. Even Logan's voice is more similar to the voice actor.
Classic x men movie, the epitome of superhero movies. Action is on point, filming and scenes really give an edgy feel and as if youre in the Japanese environment. Interesting character development typical of the wolverine but could have been done a bit better. Story line contrary to what everyone else says is amazing. Plot was developed really good and was a smooth transition between the previous film and now. A movie I can watch again and not get sick of it! Loved all the wolverine movies
I like this movie & I never did read many X-Men comics but I want to now having rewatched this. Logan being in Japan is one of his popular comic stories & involves more of the silver samurai
Logan:The Wolf is an incredible fan made short film that you ladies would love! It's on par with anything in Hollywood visually, and in sound and set design. A reaction would absolutely score views and likes for your channel!
I know the movie got mixed reviews when it came out, but I for one really enjoyed it. It was mostly hampered by the end fight and the restrictive PG-13 rating, but other than that it was a really enjoyable movie in my eyes. I knew James Mangold was a good fit for directing this character, so I'm glad he had a second chance with no restrictions with Logan.
Next is the greatest X-Men movie ever made, Days of Future Past. Then Logan, the greatest Wolverine movie ever made. Both movies are among the Top 5 comic book adaptations ever made
Hi Magy and Laura! I can't wait to watch you react on "Logan", I really enjoy you ladies react to all the movies you're reacting, we can feel your emotions too! 😊
Please stop with this, she literally said 1. There's blood everywhere and 2. You're holding your heart in your hand and IT'S NOT BEATING. She saw him dead on that table. He DID die on that table. If she had seen him in a Forrest she wouldn't have been worried.
@tonysmith6940 SPOILER FOR LOGAN The're saying his daughter is "his heart" and he died holding her hand.... the director went with the fans .... and the fans forget what was said in this movie and that Logan's director didn't write this movie. These people all threw logic out of the window.
Hey, Magy and Laura. I enjoyed this movie better. I thought it was really entertaining as "X-Men Origins: Wolverine". The action sequences was exciting, Hugh Jackman's performance was so top notch, and the music score was great. Although, the story was a little predictable, and the climax was so over-the-top, but it was fun in my opinion. Anyway, it was a really good X-Men film. Thumbs up for me on "The Wolverine". The Wolverine (2013) 3/4 👍👍
I like this one, staying true to his character in going to Japan. Nice reaction ladies. Can't wait for your reaction to Logan (2017). Viper has her own interesting Hydra story.
I see that you ladies enjoy reacting to movies that have some martial arts sprinkled throughout a great story performed by excellent actors. If my observation is correct, then I hope my suggestion is one of these movies. The title is,WARRIOR and it stars: Tom Hardy Joel Edgerton Nick Nolte Frank Grillo Jennifer Morrison I believe you will love this movie and it will be a great reaction. Mahalo for sharing your hard work. Aloha 😎🤙
If you haven't watched and reacted yet to Bullet Train starring Brad Pitt, Hiroyuki Sanada and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, it's a must-see. Also when you can please watch Highlander starring Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery. Try to watch also The Hunted also starring Christopher Lambert. Thank you always for the great content!
He told you girls, The Wolverine is the best movie I have ever seen in my life, crazy movie XD and not only that, if you saw Days of Future Past, that is a great movie, I think I am a fan of X -men I saw all his movies in chronology
Remember she knew Logan would die in that room (and that Logan DID die). And remember she mention his heart wasn't beating, so she literally SAW Logan dead on the table holding something bloody in his hand. I mention this because people will try to convince you otherwise later, lol.
22:28 "He said I was destined to live forever." I don't buy that. He would have no basis to conclude that. A nuclear blast, hands down, would've easily been enough to kill most _any_ other person; probably most other mutants, but not Wolverine. Wolverine didn't just survive it; he recovered from it right in front of our eyes; right in front of _Ichiro's_ eyes. He has witnessed Wolverine's uncharted _healing_ abilities. Uncharted healing abilities establish very _long_ life for Wolverine, but nothing that lives lives forever. Uncharted regeneration is _one_ thing. Immortality is _another._ One is _hardly_ justified in inferring one from the other.
An entertaining film, but wholly inaccurate to the origins of the Silver Samurai. Silver Samurai in the comics is Harada, not Yashida. Harada has a mutant power that allows him to control subatomic particles, which he uses to make his katana slice through literally anything. His rivalry with Logan is pretty accurate, though. Also, Viper is typically a Captain America villainess who goes by "Lady Hydra" and is usually the daughter of Red Skull.
Olá Magy, meu nome é Marcos Felipe do Brasil. 🥰😊😍😘
Yukio's prediction is still right. She said "Logan will die with his chest ripped open and his heart in his hand". In "Logan", Wolverine gets impaled on a tree at the end of the movie (chest ripped open) which is why he dies. He was also holding his daughter's hand which could be seen as his "heart in his hand"

So couple things one Logan is hundreds of years old. People get survivors guilt from fighing in a single battle or a couple hes fought hundreds thousands lost how many friends entite families. The man is tired . Also as a small funny note he's always hated flying he just prefers being on the ground stable.
I forgot they were saying the F word in this lol i kept thinking logan was the only film using profanity but i guess it was just more prevalent in that one than this
They got Wolverine's story so mixed up in Japan it isn't even funny. Making up villains that never existed when they had plenty of options. I don't know what they were doing with this and seemingly neither did they. The best part of the film was Logan avenging the bear and occasional memories with Jean. I'm no gatekeeper. Just know what I've seen as a kid from the 90's.
Magy, I'm really hoping you could resume your reaction to “All Of Us Are Dead” that you started 2 years ago and ever since you watched the first two episodes, you haven't reacted to the rest of the episodes, so I'm hoping you could continue your reaction to the episodes of “All Of Us Are Dead”.
