I played zomboid a few years ago. Great game, but I always burn out on these survival games after a few deaths and runs. Respect the hell out of the devs. I remember my first spawn being inside an alarmed house, me panicking, and getting overrun by zombies inside that house. 10/10

The biggest tip I can give for this game is to not look up any kind of tips, because the more you know about the game the less fun it becomes.

Probably the only review that touches on the fact that this game is an RPG, and you should pick perks for roleplay. Also the only person on youtube to acknowledge that smoker is not free points. Incredibly based and factpilled. Edit: real quick though you state "being born wealthy is not a starting trait" technically true but if you start as a doctor you not only get +3 medical (useless) you also spawn in a nicer home in at least Muldraugh and Rosewood. This is mentioned no where however and i do play with a lot of mods, so user experience may vary.
