I was going to bring up the Fist of the North Star game the Yakuza devs made, when I found under the 'coming soon' banner on my Switch a Fist of the North Star cardio boxing game coming out March 2nd. A video game that will teach me to punch someone into chunky salsa. How am I just finding out about this now?!?!?

The opening part gave me flashbacks to Bushido Blade. Also Samurai Western. Oh ya, don't forget Way of the Samurai...at least 2 through 4. Always that gun guy...

Ishin is about sakamoto ryoma In the 1800s Kenzan is about musashi miyamoto In the 1600s Originally they claim samurai games don't do well in the west and ghost of tsushima proved them wrong ... also said Depending on how well ishin kiwami does They may consider it much like Rockstar games with how well rdr 2 is They may make rdr 3 .
This game is really fun, just wish the customization options were better. There should be so many more skins. Hopefully they add more in but I doubt they will.
This is one of the most fun games I’ve played in a minute and possibly my favorite of the RGG games I’ve played. And it was my first one where I fought Amon; probably the easiest one to encounter him.
0/10 Ryoma doesn’t have a cool hat, Oryou isn’t a dragon yandere, Okita isn’t spitting up blood every 10 seconds, and Hijakiri isn’t screaming SHINSENGUUUUUUMIIIIIIIIIIIII at the top of his lungs every second.
i heard that they censored THAT scene (you know the one, it was also mentioned in K1), I wonder how heavy they censored it though? or maybe they just removed it entirely?

This is one of those early 2000 localization that stuck too long lmao. Like Phoenix wright, who lives in San fransico who eats burger ramen... But seriously. it was a mistake calling it yakuza, since 90% of the time we play in the whole series, Kiryu's not even in the yakuza. 0 > Expelled 1 > get thrown into Prison 2 > yakuza Chairman for a minute 3 > orphanage 4 > orphanage part 2 5 > Taxi Driver 6 > Baby sitter.
I love the Yakuza Series it is one of my favorite Series of all time. But somethow I do not rfeel this one and I do not know if its me or the game. The gameplay feels outdated (yes it is an older game) The map to getting to places is annoying with all these blocked pathwas and Turs. It is not even fun to explore because every 10 seconds there will be a mindless encounter I am 7 hours in and on Chapter 5 and I already do not want to play anymore. This NEVER did happen before with this series. Almost nothing voiceacted besides the main story also is not helping anymore in 2023. I just hope Yakuza 8 will be released soon or even more spin offs but this one I do not know if I will finish this....
