I've been doing some beautiful healing work re-connecting with my inner child lately, letting her know she's loved and witnessing old pain with compassion and acceptance instead of shame and criticism.
This is our great re-parenting work to support ourself as adults and I am grateful for the tools and the journey.
It feels beautiful and loving to sing stream of consciousness to my inner child, a song of care and kindness to validate and acknowledge her feelings.
