From various episodes of The Church of What's Happening Now podcast with Joey Diaz, "The Flying Jew" Lee Syatt, and "The Rat King" Theo Von. Gang gang. #JoeyDiaz #LeeSyatt #TheoVon
@@robertdoyle9180 for real man to each there own some people want to be biggest man in the room, while others dont give a shit about what others think of them, hes really not a bitch though
"I just sat there, boiling in my own drug-induced bullshit." This hits so hard for all ya'll who have ever been irresponsible with substances. You know you fucked up but there's no going back, so you just do what you originally planned on and somehow survive it.
I love how much Theo likes lee and calls him makes jokes about his innocence it’s friendly and amazingly funny which is so rare, nowadays everyone shits on someone to stay funny but Theo can be nice or even say anything and be funny about it
@@murderc27 it's really just Generation Z is painfully unfunny and unoriginal so one of them will say something funny and then they will all copy it forever until you want to kill them all
I totally agree! I’m so happy about the gift of laughter this podcast gives me, & how calm/relieved i feel knowing I’m not the only 1 who “gets it”...especially now that everyone seems to have lost all Hope, common sense, kindness, & sanity. Thanks for your post...it meant very much to me & I appreciate how much better I felt bc u were nice enough to share your awesome thought.
Theo is one of a kind. No new generation comic makes me laugh more than Theo. And he wants to be Mexican, so anyone that likes Mexicans is a friend of mine.
@@720pLyrics I bet there's less dark arts in there than most people. We just can't sense the dark arts within like Theo can. He's the savant of darkness.
Lee in the background making occasional hummus noises to let us know he's still trying to follow the conversation. Bless you, Flying Jew! Uncle Joey and Theo Von are a tremendous storytelling duo.
@Michael dude its schtick im telling some stories are partially real probably but the one mentioned is completely fabricated for laughs which is okay.. what he is doing is art.. its okay.. because if he admitted these things didn't happen then they wouldn't be funny.. so he gets a pass
@@alectorellishiddenchips1725 I don’t know man. You’re right but I also beleive he played it out in real life. Shit is funny and he knows it. That’s why he has crazy guests too
U can tell they are true he spins back with different angles of stories different times. I’m from the south so I will also say these things happen everyday lol
Somehow my favourite is 9:50 when Joey hesitates and then cracks up at the image of 5 kids sharing a bed with pets stacked up along the walls. Or 36:40 when he says "i'd google buzzer underware for unrinators" for the 2nd time. It's always the subtle shit with Theo that gets me the most.
That dog story.... sad. Theo seemed to show some compassion while speaking of how well dogs can hear and implying that the dog didn’t deserve such a cruel punishment for simply doing what a dog does, really showed a true part of himself I don’t think us as an audience get to experience often, it’s usually hidden behind his comedic persona. I like him a lot more for that. But like Theo said, “I’m high, Bro”
“She could’ve been one of those taller Vietnamese people who look black at night” -having grown up around the Tx/La gulf coast, that absolutely slayed me
"first you talk about incest, now you talk about killing dogs. why you gotta bring me down? i haven't been that down since Lee told me his girlfriend don't do laundry" lmao
