Meet John. John struggled with debilitating symptoms of Depersonalization, and Derealization. He experienced feelings of passing out and feelings of panic, especially while driving. Shaan I have followed your videos for about 10 months now. I am doing so much better from where I started and rarely feel the need to comment anymore. I watch your videos here and there still not just because I want to recover from anxiety but they also are helpful when it just comes to life in general. Your calm and assertive approach gave me knowledge and hope during the worst time of my life. I couldn't afford mentorship and not sure where I would be without this youtube channel. I am sure I speak for many. My doctor gave me meds about 9 months ago that I never took. You got out of this without drugs and I felt like I could too. Thank you.

So he said literally 2020 when covid had the lockdowns he had severe anxiety he couldn't even do anything but sit in the house and he cried on the floor I have severe anxiety palpitations and dizziness to go with it much much older than this young man but then he said in 2018 he took the bull by the horns doesn't make sense so I'll continue to try to find out the discrepancy here

Question. Even if all other symptoms went away except for one stubborn symptom that you still kind of respond with fear to. Can that symptom stay alive for that reason alone, still responding to it with fear, even if all the other symptoms went away?

Yes it will stay as long as you add your own additional fear to it. Let go of your fear of it and over time it will go away, same as your other symptoms have.
