I think your content is the single most important content that everybody should see. The hard truths of life and how to overcome them with a structured approach rather than living in fantasy and let life pass by, you explain it in a very practical and meaningful way. Thank you!

You're such a blessing Dr. Alex. If it weren't for your initial health struggles you wouldn't be here helping people the way you do.

Thanks! Your content is often repetitive (please, I don't mean that as an insult) - but I don't mind/I think people need that because... although upon hearing the topics one might think "yah, that makes sense", how many of us stop and implement the changes right there and then? I'm starting to make changes/upgrades to my life, but it's a process. That is, I didn't change overnight/implement all the changes right away. Taking that approach (or trying to in the past) was just too much, and so I ended up doing nothing. In the last couple years, I slowly started implementing a few changes, the ones that seemed most reasonable/low resistance (but still valuable), waited until I got used it/felt natural/part of my "self", and then started adding more.. I'm still very far from where I should/want to be - but when I look at where I was a few years ago, I have to give myself some credit. Just thought I'd throw that out there in case anyone else is in the same boat (or to the sometimes negative/nay-sayers in the comments). Peace!

Resonance is so important to me. I have used the word intentional for many many years, but now I hear people throw that word around so much nowadays that it has diluted its meaning to me. The same with sacred. I have always Feng Shui'd my home in a way that hones in the energies I want to create. My home is a sacred altar. But alas the term sacred is another, & ritual. These words just fall flat now unfortunately. But Resonance, to me, that runs in the same vein. I appreciate you wordsmith rivaval on my brain with this video.
