I’ve downloaded the Skeever mod shortly after AradGad left this world as like a tribute to him. Such a great and funny follower made by a great man. Rest in Sovngarde, shield brother.
Skeever... You will be immortalized as a true warrior in the great halls of jorrvaskr, known as a prophet by the mages of winterhold, a legend amongst the thieves of riften, a hero to the empire and the stormcloaks, a champion of the divines and the daedric princes, an undefiable foe to the dovah, a king amongst both rats and mortals alike, but most of all, a true friend to the dragonborns of skyrim. AradGad, you went out of your way to make a drunk breton, make him out as bastard of a breton, and make him seem so impossibly horrible, but all you did was give us a good friend. Thank you, and may aetherius find you well.
I think I recognize the Ioun Stones from D&D: they are magical stones with similar effects described in the DM's guide. I absolutely love seeing items from other games and stuff integrated and mixed into the lore of Skyrim though modding. I never thought of them as edible, but now that you bring it up they do look a bit like magical hard candy. I never knew AradGad myself, though I wish I did based on what you said here. May he rest in peace.

The hidden outposts mod would definitely be great for certain modded builds like using Wildcat, one mod that makes it so when you die, you go to where you last rested at (similar to Dark Souls), and even Sunhelm to have a place to rest if not going for camping! And rest in peace to the creator of Skeever, and great to see a memorial mod; comes to show how great modding community for Skyrim is sometimes
I know, right? Hideouts is such a good idea, so many uses. Definitely needs more downloads! Yeah, it's a sad thing indeed but always admirable when people commit to remembering the fallen. Hopefully he is at peace.
I love narrative loot, I highly reccomend ^^ Thank ypu for sharing these mods with us. May he be at peace and those who love him comforted by memories.
its sad to hear someone like us who loves skyrim and has had a strong enough passion for mods enough to create one decided to take his own life. poor guy. downloading the mod for his sack. lifes tough
I am now going to download skeever and his slice of skyrim into my game. I think adding in Skeever to Inigo/Auri/Lucien will make for a very fulfilling experience
With what recently happened with Technoblade, I appreciate that you didn't mention the memorial in the title or thumbnail. It seems some people only mention tragedies for the attention that comes along with them.
Thanks for another great showcase! You're not kidding, these are great gems I've missed. I see that you had an unfortunate moment of mesh replacer vs texture set issue at 4:40 with some of the bottles, haha.
Thanks! I thought that might have been the case, but I'm pretty sure the bottles are meant to look that way, since there are circular and angular designs on them, but I could be wrong lol
In fact, Skeever was already release before, and the mod have been more popular (+1000 endorsement i think). But the author has delete it for an another release few months later.
0:31 some home mods are hard to get, moders tend to make getting to the home difficult, some homes are in swamps and high mountain area that are not very nice or hard to get to.
Skeever looks so cool but - damn - the voice is too much for me. Very sad to hear about the creator. Just crazy, he put so much effort into this mod. Glad someone made a memorial for him here in Skyrim. I hope someone will make a memorial for me in a game somewhere, someday... Guess I'd better get to work!
Thank you for sharing. I think for those of us who has lost someone like this that we need to live long deep lives to remember how dearly loved they are.
Thanks! Unfortunately not as I have the bad habit of editing mods and forgetting that I've edited them. So many of the mods on my modlist are actually incompatible with each other without special modification. Maybe I'll go through each one of them sometime and make a complete modlist, but probably not anytime soon. Sorry!
Does Skever talk to any npcs or respond to Inigo, edit: does not respond to Inigo, but still unsure about responding to other followers. Am excited to use
