What about this lower body, core workout Hang clean 3 sets 2-6 reps Ab rollouts 3 sets 8-9 reps Broad jumps 3 sets 6 reps Kettlebell swings 3 sets( heavy , 10 reps) Zercher Lunge 3 sets of 10-12 Sprints 250m 3 sets and 25 sec rest

Would remove the running. Would probably do either hang clean or KB swing. Move ab rollout to the end

Not an expert and also not a grappler but this looks like a really cool fun workout 😊! Yeah probably don't go all out on those Sprints.
