Saw your name in the suggestions panel a couple of months ago. Initially, I occasionally watched your video while waiting for the other vloggers I usually watch for their latest posts until I saw your very emotional one. How passionate you are about your chosen career. Now I started watching your old videos. I was so amazed by your content about the food market in Tondo, salute for that. One of the few places in Manila that I've never been to. Thanks for coming to my beautiful country, The Philippines. I don't skip ads to show my full support and gratitude to all the bloggers that I follow. I hope it helps boost $.
Oh yess my mergim is back !!make my day 😍cant wait on our summer holiday with my english husband wish i could see you somewhere in BGC .take care mate ! Hey mergim were moving for good in the philippines i would love you to give a tour shows the beauty of LEYTE,,please do research LEYTE ISLANDS,,💟xxx
Hi Mergim. Have you thought about a side hustle into the real estate business? You definitely are a better presenter than most of the sales agents in BGC. It's so easy to see that you are destined for greatness. Cheers!
Mergim -- The real estate episodes of your catalogue causes me to evaluate my life plan. (DEEP SIGH) Getting back to reality: I remind myself of my fiduciary duty.
First one definitely more open, my preference. Not a fan of the narrow units; they seem constricting. Though the interior details were well done for both. Expats love the condo reviews btw, keep them coming.
Pity the prices are inflated and food is crap. Thailand and Malaysia are light years ahead, both food and cost of living. Only attraction for Phillipines is 3 year rolling tourist visa...just my opinion
in Bangkok they have good price with good quality but the City is not really modern as i compare to BGC. KL. it really modern with much more developed area compare to Bangkok or Manila with alot of iconic Skyscrapers in KL. but, the city is boring the night life is very boring only skyscrapers are the main attractions.
Does this building have a sauna and or steam room? Nobody ever seems to show these amenities when they show condo units, but I would never rent a unit in a building that does not have them.
Sauna is not very popular in the Philippines. It's hot most of the year so getting baked in a sauna is not what the people have in mind. Onsen is also not very popular in the Philippines for the same reason.
@@wavemaker2077 Saunas are very popular in Bangkok (which is actually hotter than the Philippines). At least 50% of the condos have them. There are some units in Makati that have them, but they don't give us access to turn them on. They seem to do it to save money. Most condo pools are not properly treated because running the pumps is expensive in terms of power usage, plus pool chemicals are quite costly. I use the sauna every day. Many people do. has nothing to do with the temperature of the location.
@@ensconced-in-velvet Well, Filipinos are simply not fascinated with saunas and onsens. I'm surprised to learn that saunas are popular in Bangkok and that Bangkok is even hotter than Manila. There is simply no sauna culture in the Philippines and the condo tenants are not looking for them except for those who grew up in cold climate like you. I was actually wondering why onsens (hot springs) are not popular in the Philippines like in Japan. Someone told me because it is already hot in the Philippines so the Filipinos are not really looking for a very warm water to dip into.
@diego garcia Then the result would make "fast" an adjective describing "Philippines" - which, surely, does not make sense - especially in the title's context; hence, the need for a comma. It is the period (".") that is not necessary in a title's end. Simply put, that would be ungrammatical.
@@Spy-hp8ki Well, it depends on how you comprehend it. If the viewer gets the gist of the video and as long as the message gets across, then that's fine. If you don't and will try to police every word on RU-vid, it's on you. I would be too embarassed to even suggest to or even correct the grammar of the owner something that might offend them. Just my opinion.
@@danderson8463 Yah I know, seen all his vids and seeing a pattern that he's endorsing condos from time to time even if he somewhat doesn't need it. That's why I said "kidding aside" : ) Last time he mentioned that his AC is being replaced already, don't know the current update though.. This vid is somewhat different because he's so detailed (amenities, fixtures & furniture) like the ones of the dining table, lights/ lamp, etc. And he made this just purely for a single vlog (like a realty/condo vlogger) and not like before that he mixes it with his different adventure/ daily errands. And now he doesn't have a middle man/ an agent for viewing unlike before, as if he's already have an agreement for a comission/ endorsement fee for plugging. 🙂
Or beware of Chinese spy balloons, Mars aliens and Russian paratroopers. Oh yes, that space lab thing still has to come down on our head. And airplane engines.
Ortigas and BGC are closed to west valley fault system. actually the buildings of BGC or Ortigas is nothing when it comes to height. some world major cities that are really prone to earthquake like TOKYO, SHANGHAI, TAIPEI, LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, and JAKARTA despite being prone to earthquake but look how massive and how tall there skyscrapers. mas madami pang mga matataas na skyscrapers sa mga cities na na mention ko compare to BGC. but still they keep building more hindi sila takot sa earthquake. best example is jakarta although it is the most fastest sinking city and the most prone to earthquake but JAKARTA is top 2or 3 in the world with most number of skyscrapers standing 200 meters- 300 meters plus.
@@mobpsycho7813 Yup, we've had several earthquakes here in Metro Manila before and so far all the buildings are still standing! It's the old buildings outside of BGC that had been built before the building code was implemented and have not been retrofitted yet are the ones that you should worry about more!😊
