*******CRITIQUES, RULES, AND NOTES*******
Be aware of the following rules before posting comments:
Please do not post summaries of the video in the comments - it damages retention on the video and RU-vid is less likely to promote it (these videos cost me a lot of money to produce).
Please do not comment on Physionic’s finances. I spend thousands of dollars a month and weeks of my time per month to release content for free. If Physionic does not make money, I cannot keep this operation alive; additionally, I work hard and would not expect you to work for free, so do not expect me to work for you for free.
Critiques of my work are welcome! Please be aware of the following notes & rules before submitting critique:
Be mindful that this content is not all encompassing on the subject at hand and is self-limited for brevity to reach a wider audience. Also, be aware that I receive hundreds of RU-vid comments per day, so the only way your critique can be considered is if you follow the steps outlined below. Finally, RU-vid auto-deletes links, so I do not see most comments with links attached.
RULES:
If your comment is rude, you will be banned.
If your comment is not about the studies/topics at hand (i.e. extending to other outcomes not discussed) or offers critique with no scientific basis, it is unlikely to receive a response.
If you can follow these rules, I will try to address your critique and if there is merit, I will add an AMENDMENT to the content in question and pin it so everyone can see it (thank you!).
Please use the following link to submit your critique: bit.ly/Physion...

Would be interesting to look at how emotional states affect gene expression, and how gene expression runs in families... would be interesting to see how generational projection of emotional trauma in families affects what many call genetically inherited gene disorders. A study could look at identical twins adoped by different families

If you make a video about this subject that lasts a month, I would watch it. This is a great video and a subject of big interest to me. My mother is nearing 96, she ate everything, lots of sugar, and she has no disease, strong grip, can go up and down stairs or hill, and get up from the floor with ease so always hoped someone would study her. Interested? 😂

@@Physionicif I'm already a double mutant on FOXO3a snps, would that mean the gene is always active? I'm already on low carb diet and my last year's fasting insulin was 4.1uIU/mL,. Would low insulin levels have a negative effect on mutant foxo3a or would it activate it even more? Exercise didn't matter to my paternal grandfather who was obese, smoked tobacco, never exercised and laughed at people who brisked walk for exercise, but he did eat plenty of fish. He lived to 99.

The pritikin diet was basically high vegetable, high complex carbohydrate, low protein and very low fat. Not sure about calorie limitation. The focus was reduced cardiovascular disease, and it has at times been said you are as old as your arteries. At his autopsy, results reported in the NEJM, he was pretty much atherosclerosis free save for some fatty streaks in his aorta.

@@Zuluknob c60 forms an adduct with unsaturated fatty acids. It is normally consumed in a form that is reacted with olive oil, which is mostly oleic acid. It has a number of positive effects. I don't know if telomere extension is even one of them.

@alexrayoalv
@alexrayoalv 3 месяца назад
Agreed. There must be open source Python code that can do the analysis locally on your machine without having to upload and share your data. Finding the FOXO3 alleles is trivial though and can be done with a text editor. ChatGPT can explain what you should look for and what the different variants imply.

So how do we interpret the raw genetic data for the FOXO3 gene? Is it just the existence of those mutations (for example rs2802292 is present) or is the genotype of that mutation (G/T/A/C) ? I am asking for a friend...

Still skinny...but much stronger. I can see and feel the muscle growth. I have much more strength.. I did not add more protein at any time. So...how much protein does anyone actually need I wonder.

Meat is just about the most nutrient dense food one can eat. Human-beings would not be what we are today, if not for the consumption of meat that allowed our brains to grow so large. Look at so-called "Cro-Magnon" (now referred to "Anatomically Modern Humans", larger brains and larger stature than modern-day humans, and they ate almost exclusively meat (being that they lived during the Ice Age in Northern Europe). You cannot live a healthy long-life as a vegan without artificial supplementation, that should really tell you something about what we are designed to eat.
