👌 Wow! Jessica is a hardcore pro eating Subcontinental cuisines, Middle Easterner cuisines etc with her bare hands. AND SIMPLY PERFECTO😊 Jessica can easily teach others how to eat and relish food with hands. Thumbs up well done 👏
@@alfonsoandjessica 🙏 welcome! Try indian seafood dishes too, especially the seafood (prawns/kingfish/mackerel/salmon etc) biryanis - much like a tasty risotto 👏
Kothu parotta is a popular Tamil Nadu street food where flaky shredded flatbreads are cooked in a spicy curry masala. The name is derived from the Tamil word Kothu which translates to shred. Parotta are flaky white flour flatbreads. Jigarthanda is a cold beverage from the South Indian city of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India. Originally introduced by Rowther Muslims. It translates to "cool heart" in English, implying that the drink’s cooling effect will be felt right down to one’s Heart.

Love ur Videos and genuine love for 🇮🇳 food. The biryani size was actually what you get for 1 person…so u will need to grow and have a big appetite. 😊 Fyi, Kottu paratha is made wid a day old paratha’s tossed in gravy and veggies. Some waiter said abt Madras is a place in South India is surprising bcz Madras name is changed to Chennai since many yrs and is a big city. In India, you will get much bigger portions and better food quality in less than half the price.
I like the energy you bring to your video. Just amazing 👌 😘 Alfonso over the period became so camera-friendly. Yes, the same dish is prepared differently all over India and every style is unique in it's own way. 😍😘😍😘😍😘 👍👌 with loads of love ❤❤❤❤

Since you are visiting south Indian a slight recommendation. If you happen to have a pit stop at Trivandrum (Kerala), there's s museum called Kuthira Maliga Palace Museum, in the premises of Padmanabhamswamy temple, do give it a visit. And don't forget to try authentic Banana Chips. 😊
*MY FAVOURITES ARE DOSA AND IDLI FOR SURE .. Thats Atuhentic South Indian Meal You Guys Had Experienced .. There are So Many Varietites in Indian Cuisine .. You'll forget The Western Meals* ..😂
Hey, you guys should really visit the tiger reserve like Pench or Jim Corbett. Nov-Dec is the best time as the forest also looks very beautiful. Just book the park tickets in advance as people book them months before. I'm sure you guys will like it
When in Kerala, try the sadya platter for vegetarian food - do not mix everything, eat rice and one curry with a dry dish and then proceed to the next and so on :) in non veg try appam and chicken curry, Kerala style. Have puttu with kadala curry ( it is steamed rice powder with chana curry ) maybe you could also try cooked tapioca with fish curry - this is kind of street food And maybe try fermented rice with curd as a breakfast item ( this is purely for its health benefits) :) enjoy Kerala
Amazing video as always ❤ i suggest you visit BAPS temple in new jeresy..it's the second largest Hindu temple in the world since you're in the states..
South India has different states and each state has its own different regional dishes. 'Madurai' is a city from the state of TamilNadu. Madras (Chennai) is a coastal metro city. Every city has its own speciality dishes. There are common dishes that connects all the states including the North but try the dishes that are unique to every region. Good Luck exploring all the states and the places. South India has extensive history and the temples will take you to a different world. Enjoy exploring 😉😎🥂
I'm born & brought up in 'Chennai' city from the state of TamilNadu for 24 years and then moved to the Garden City 'Bangalore' in the state of Karnataka. But over the time, I loved the Kannadiga foods and culture and became a forever native of Karnataka. Also, I visited 'Madurai-TN' 4 months ago for the 1st time in 36 years and I was fascinated by their unique dishes despite being in the same state TamilNadu. So yeah, have fun exploring. And by the way, it's Am-Boor 😅
Lol.. loved the Jigar-than-da fight 😅 yummy stuff always 😂 Don't forget to explore the neighbouring states 'Kerala', 'Andhra Pradesh+Telangana' as well 😌
