Not a fan of cargo pants although I did have a pair from Vanessa Bruno 15 years ago that were beautifully made and fit perfectly. Yes to the cobalt blue I have a few dresses in my closet that is that color and a 20 year old Gucci bag in that color so I am happy I am on trend, SMH! The barely there shoe is back, yeah! I will bring out my 2004 YSL black heels and Calvin Klein collection from 2005! I do not wear denim other than a dark blue or a white jeans so I will pass on that one. I do not do patterns as a rule, it has to be really well thought out, at 6ft1 I like to wear my clothes not the other way around. I have a pink sequined skirt from St. John that I wear with a cream silk top that is my daytime shine and I always feel happy! Great video I just discovered you and so far it is fun. I used to be all about fashion but got into another line of work where black, navy and grey suits are de rigueur and I fell off. Happily I am slowly re-introducing some fun in my wardrobe and having a blast!
Good morning Sophia! I do not wear cargo pants either , but I do have a cute banana republic paper bag skirt that would fit into this trend, more so utility. I like cobalt blue. I love a statement shoes, but there is something so elegant about a barely there shoe , especially when you want the focus to be on the ensemble. If possible I would like to find a cute denim skirt for the summer to try. I do not wear pants so there is no denim in my closet. Ahhh prints. I struggle with these and I have ever since I graduated college. Just like you the pattern has to be elevated. I have 2 animal print tippi sweaters from j crew. They are very well though out and placed( I know animal print can read cheap very easily.) Sometimes I feel prints can ruin a piece and wish the designer would’ve just done a sold color. It sounds like you have a beautiful collection. Now miss ma am , 6”1??? I looooove it !
I just bought some cute army print cargo pants that I can't wait to wear. I have always loved denim on denim so I will be doing that trend as well. I like the fishnet shoe trend as well. I want those Steve Madden heels!
Good morning SG! I am not going to lie those thigh high Chanel fishnets caught my attention, I have no idea why lol. I have never worn cargo pants but I do have a paper bag skirt that will fit into that trend nicely. I would love to find a cute denim skirt , just not that Miu Miu one lol.
I love floral print. It's my favorite print. And I love appliques. However, this 3D flower trend looks like the designers didn't know what to do and so added a random 3D flower 🙄. I have never been a trend follower, I wear what I love whether it is in or out. The things that are trending these days are just weird. A woman's body, really? Anyway, great video as always.

Good morning Yum Yum! Thank you. No ma am ! There is nothing wrong with you getting into trends, I just say make sure the trend fits into your closet or the piece. For example the rule of 3. Lets say you find a top you like, try to think about 3 different ways you can wear it or 3 different outfits. If you cannot rethink the top because chances are the top will sit in your closet. Make sure what ever trend/piece you try you are comfortable in. You will not reach for it or try it if your are uncomfortable, especially if you have other pieces in your closet that you love or gravitate forwards. Lastly if you are trying a new trend, start low and then go high if you want. For example let’s say you want to try the cargo trend, start with fast fashion or high street. If you like the trend and want to invest in a quality piece do so! That way if you didn’t like the trend/look you haven’t spent a lot of money!

I’ll be applying that for everything I add to my closet from now on, I love my classic clothes but sometimes I feel like playing it up with trends. Wow, some really crazy fashions. My favorite was the long burgundy(or pink) ruffled skirt. I think at some point cobalt blue was known as electric blue. Thank you for keeping us on trend, Mya.
