@@jaylamb477 yeah they harass everyone sadly. now there are some POS ones out there that probably do pick on minorities or women there was a trooper out of mississippi who printed her tickets but you couldn't hear the audio very well tased her 2 times then arrested her. cop was fired but of course got rehired. so nothing happened really. that state is terrible for corruption.
Having to get someone's ID is like crack to many officers. 3 favorite pass times for many LEO's is getting your ID, Giving directives and then arresting someone. Everyone needs to learn their rights afforded to us by God via the Constitution.

The reason why cops do NOT have the authority to get your ID on a trespass warning is because a tresspass warning is simply asking a law abiding citizen who has not broken any laws to leave. Being asked to leave does not make is a CRIME.
The SCOTUS has ruled trespass warnings are civil matters in such that if law enforcement is involved its considered consensual contact! Big Nick should have told him to remember Gestawitz v State bcz that's the case law he's going to use to strip him of his qualified immunity!
They think that there policy is the law, IT IS NOT. Laws are enforceable policy's are not. He is not talking about loitering and and prowling, but he is talking about Loitering, can some one explain the difference please?
I'm convinced that if cops were ignorant at one time, they have no excuse to be now. My reasoning is as follows: There is such a hateful pushback, by cops against cop watchers, auditors, independent reporters and investigators. Word has spread in police communities, conversations and meetings on the topic have occurred. Innocence has past. 😡

A citizen's ID is like a drug to them. And what I find when watching these videos is that most of the time, NONE OF THEM are willing to check their fellow employee to see whether or not they are doing the right thing. Also, even if a cop is perceived or portrayed as a good cop, while being well aware that his partner is wrong and he/she does nothing about it, by default, that makes him/her a bad cop as well. Sir, just take a minute and imagine if you weren't there to help those folks out in terms of their rights and knowing the law. Another group of innocent people could have easily had their rights violated or ended up in jail. So big ups and much respect for what you are doing..! Shout out from Cape Town, SA.
