@@tidnid1869 I mean...I don't even play wow anymore (I just couldn't get that invested) but asmongold ALWAYS and I mean ALWAAYYYSSSS has you get on Ashes of Alar AND any form of Qiraji Battle Tank. The minimum I'd do is buy every mount possible that's gold purchase from vendor. And get those mounts. You most likely will live to about round 3-5 depending if asmon kicks up the rare difficulty

So, when it comes to the 1v1, based on the rules, whoever gets the first point will either win or draw. You have to swap whos turn it is after a successful mount. If person A gets on a mount, and person B has it, it should then be person B's turn after that, and this will fix the math issue

Like the way it was done Boro only lost because he gave up, assuming he had 10+ mounts that crazed didn't have and didn't surrender then he would have won in the end. Either need to alternate every round or lets say after every 3 mounts the opponent also has then you change turn.

I really think the score system for the semi-finals needs to be revamped, based on how confused chat was at the end of it. The only scores that are possible is either Boro is ahead by one, or they’re tied. Chat thought Crazed could be ahead by one, which can’t happen because Crazed would have already won even though the score says they’re tied. It should just be a marker above whoever is in danger of being eliminated if they can’t find a mount that the other player doesn’t have. It would really make it a lot simpler.

Out of all my memories of WOW the day I got my Amani War bear I will never forget. My team had been running ZG learning every pull for over a month, second mount that dropped we rolled it, I rolled a 100 and someone else did also. I got it on the secret tiebreaker roll.

I have good controller coordination but not when it comes to hitting keys & why I cldn't ever play guitar or piano :( But what an awesome game WoW was in 2007-2009

I remember when this game has the limited time Battle bear from ZG, and on the last day it was my turn on my rogue to get the mount because of the guild order, but a few weeks earlier our guild MT missed it because of an emergency, so I gave him the Bear mount instead of looting it and it was the last one you could ever get on the server... to this day I still remember that ZG timed raid. Clan name "Audacious" from the Kalecgos server, Player name "Jagerbomb" rogue who wrecked 49 BG's and got the rank 10 mount at lvl 49.... Yeah. Good times.

@48:05 dumb that in the finals, you can tell the other person resorted to looking up the mounts Zack didn't have, as he went multiple mounts in a row that Zack didn't have... Coincidence? i think not, especially since some of them aren't considered extremely rare, so obviously they were just going specifically for the ones they knew that Zack didn't have when looking up their mount collection (aka cheating). They pretty much verified this at the very end as when Zack called it, they proceeded to gloat in the stolen victory by swapping to even more mounts in a row that Zack didn't have (so obvious they had a whole list of mounts at the ready which they knew Zack didn't have).

Every one of these mount offs, in the head to head to see who faces Asmon. The winner always gets conceded too, when they're tied. Thr winner never has to end with the lead, getting on a mount the 2nd place doesn't have. It's always 2nd place getting matched for a while, then quitting. The winner should have to get on a mount the loser doesn't have. And Asmon winning is very hard to do, considering he's getting armoried every time

I have not played since the middle of pandera but I had the filling up the stables kite before I quit. To name a few mounts I do have, Ashes of Alar, Onyxia Drake, strange long trip proto, blue proto, all nether drakes, the black cloud serpent from the island where you gring your legendary cape, the white cloud serpent from the pandera raid, ravenlord mount, riverdanes death charger, white chocobo

The mount off finals rules need to change. If Player A picks a mount that Player B has, Player B should get a point and Player B should get to choose the next mount. Otherwise Player A basically gets a free point when choosing a mount because Player A gets to keep choosing until Player B doesn't have it. It will make choosing mounts much more impactful than just spamming mounts the other player has OVER and OVER like the Boro vs CrazedBrew mount off. Boro should have lost wayyyyy before he gave up since he kept choosing soooo many mounts CrazedBrew had.

I don't know if anything like this has been suggested before, but maybe some added rules to the 1v1 mountoff: First person to 10 Points wins, +1 Point if you mount up on a mount that the opponent doesn't have. +1 Point to the opponent plus loss of turn if the opponent matches on 3 consecutive tries. The second rule speeds up the mount off and also makes the players try serious mounts. Just wondering

I have never played this game in my entire life but I'm just wondering, could any of the mounts or the transmog you use on your gear be bought with real-money from an in-game store or do you have to work/grind/play to obtain every single mount or tansmog in the game?

Nah you can't buy most of those mounts without farming rep or world boss drops or dungeon drops etc. For the most part you need to dedicate a lot of time to the game.

i farmed zulian tiger with a friend back in the day, when you could do it with 2 guys; when it dropdd we screamed so loud that his mom woke up and asked if everything is OK, my friend played on my second account as he hasnt had his own.. we decided we would fairly roll. and he won he quit wow some time later and now i have this mount on a second account that will probably never be played again :-D gg

the semifinals were not fair. it was done in a way that the guy on the left always gets a point before the other guy. if the other person can match the first persons mount, it should have been the other persons turn to pick a mount so theres a chance he could get a point. for example, if its boro's turn, he will keep going until he gets a point no matter what. he could pick 10 mounts in a row that the other guy has, and the other guy wont get a single point from it and wont have a chance to get a point until boros does get a point.

If the only way for someone to score a point is to finally show a mount the other doesn't have, progression is linear, so, counting score seems a bit pointless? They can only ever get a point after the other got a point...

I haven't played WoW since quitting mid Cata and it blows my mind how many mounts there are now. I had earned some red dragonhawk back in Wrath that I remember took a lot of work. I can't remember exactly how many mounts that required, but it was a fraction of a fraction of the ones I've seen in this vid.

Shouldn't the mode of the headsoff be so that they have a limited number of tries to score a point. As it is now, they could also just check their stats to see who has more mounts.
