@@kingofgrim4761 spright is so nerfed already in master duel, i really wanted the lv2 tear monster to come back to 1 at least, don't think there is any problem in master duel to give tear a little boost, ishizu is dead and there is quite a lot of purrely and kashtira, also lots of bystial for the d-links, branded and some synchro players using them too, so i think it would be just fine (but they could ban all the remaining ishizu cards just to be sure)

Generaider can use it to search monstrosity. Its nothing crazy but it gives the deck a few more lines.

She's a busted card in general due to how splashable she is, but now her pay offs and her partner in crime are gone, so I guess she wouldn't do much outside of world legacy decks (mekk knight, crusadia, world chalice, orcust, krawler)

Mostly for the Exodia boomers who want to pile as many draw spells as possible together, to make a bad Exodia deck. That, and the like 2012 deckbuilding theory that you should always run 3 Upstart to see your starters as often as possible by playing 37 cards rather than 40. Unfortunately for these 2 groups, Ash and Droll exist.

Honestly, Shifter is fine. It locks both players out of the GY so it can't be player everywhere without caution, and it punishes GY spam decks hard, wich in general are BS to play against.

@@joanaguayoplanell4912the issue is the only decks that play it are decks that don’t care about the graveyard at all, or can do just fine routes without it, whereas for the opponent it’s a turn skip if it resolves against the right deck. It’s objectively unfair

@@seliteguitarist3664 Plus the main enabler of the deck, Launcher, is still at 1. If Launcher ever came back at more than 1 with Archfiend at 3 then we would have a problem.

But on an equip spell. They unbanned it for one format and then immediately banned it again the next. Everyone used it Now these days it might be an issue like before but idk

It's worth considering that Droll has been eating good for a bit now, and while a 37 card deck is good, the trouble is that in your opener going second, it could have been a hand trap; and in your opener going first, you draw one card and get immediately drolled. As for the impact of Upstart, it's fine so long as there isn't the full critical mass of 3 of: chicken game, pseudo space, terraforming, into the void, etc. And further, Upstart does conflict with Prosperity, so there's that consideration.

The moment people start playing upstart at 3 droll comes back to the main deck.
