I wish. My daughter has beautiful hair like almost waist length and she always asks me for hair like Elsa, long and blonde. Honestly it’s so annoying but then again. She doesn’t have many other princesses to look up to.

@@Lucky-uz6jk I noticed the difference immediately. My curls got thicker and curlier. My hair loss at my temples and on top of my head absolutely reversed itself. I start with amla, brahmi, kalpi tone, henna, indigo, fenugreek...yes, all of them, seeped in oil like olive, grapeseed, avocado. I add them to my deep conditioner. Sometimes I'll just do an herbal pack with oil by itself. I like to shampoo before I use the herbs and conditioners. Afterwards, I rinse really well but do not shampoo the herbs and oils out of my hair.

@@shauniebnaturalista6672 thanks hun .... I just noticed that my bald spots are almost all the way filled in ..... I noticed it just last night when I washed my hair & then sprayed it down with an aloe Vera mixture with a leave in conditioner. ( any leave in conditioner) then I blow dryer my hair on the lowest setting possible 80 % dry....... then I mini platted my hair up in a protective style so I can kinda keep my hands outta my hair so much ......... Farida’s oil is really really really helping my hair !!! I’m forever grateful !!!! I have all these different lengths all over the place but at least I have hair all over place & not bald spots any longer. Farida is the best. Much love & respect to her. I’m also using bentonite clay wash ( something new for me ) because I can’t find Rhassoul clay anywhere in the stores & I hate purchasing online.

I have something infusing now .... it’s a coffee one with hibiscus & a lot of other goodies in it .... I can’t wait until it’s done infusing. I have been retaining my length very well & I’m quite pleased..... when I wash my hair & scalp I’m getting very little hair fall. I have a lot of broken off pieces on both sides & the middle but I’m believing that it is going to be restored back if I stay consistent with a routine. I’m almost done using my first batch of the beast mode oil. Thank you Farida for all you do!!! I also have increased my water intake & I’m eating more fish in my diet. Sardines ,flounder , salmon , shrimp etc

@Barbara Gaskins my preference is to apply my mask as a pre-poo, then shampoo and deep condition my hair. I let it sit on my hair for 30-60 minutes then rinse off and shampoo.

Ok babe so I would advise mad nutrition with juicing daily and a multi vit and mineral. Meditation and relaxation techniques even if 10 mins daily. Also try one of the above recipes at a time give at least a month honestly it can take 3 months to really observe and see how you go. All the best x

I had the same problem. What I did, I purchased iron pills. My hair fall stopped within two weeks. Never had the problem again.

Ok, I need to look more into nutrition! Although I did start oiling my scalp and doing rice water rinses, and the hair I have feel so much stronger. Here's hoping!

Great q. Teas can be used one of two ways as a rinse. Here you wash your hair and apply from root to tip leave apply dc then rinse or as a final rinse or as a spritz / curl refresher during the week. This need not be rinsed.
