Pizza tends to be very carb and fat heavy. Here's a lighter calorie alternative when your pizza cravings kick in. You can adjust any way you want, but here are the base ingredients you can build upon or eat as is!
Ingredients:
1 Medium Tortilla
56g fat free shredded cheddar cheese
28g low moisture, part skim mozzarella
15g turkey pepperoni
56g tomato basil marinara
Some cooking spray
Measure all ingredients. Spray pan. Place tortilla down. Spread tomato sauce on it. Put fat free cheese on first. Then turkey pepperoni. And lastly, part skim cheese. Set your toaster oven for 350 degrees and bake it for 15 minutes. Careful handling it when it's hot! ENJOY!

14g fat
33g carbs
35g protein
2g fiber (included in carb count)
398 calories total
Adjustments:
More fiber? Use a carb balance tortilla with high fiber!
Less fat? Use all fat free cheese. Use less or no pepperoni.
More protein? Use chicken breast chunks instead of pepperoni.
